I bought their raggyass airbed from Walmart for 59.00 bucks,the DURA-BEAM DELUXE.THIS bed aint worth a damn!!!!People dont buy it,the company lies on the box about the product being Air tight,no way!!!NO GOOD people buy coleman!!!!

I was super excited to order an intex hot tub. It came and was wonderful for about six months. Then, the hard plastic line that runs under the bubbler popped through, leaving a tear in the bubbler plastic that couldn't be repaired. I got ahold of intex and they told me the protocol for a return. I thought this was great! You have to cut the hot tub into pieces and send them certain pieces.. Then, they told me they did not have my model so they would send me the newer model, as long as I didn't mind it was a different color. I thought "no biggie". They sent it. Well, here is what they sent! A defective hot tub! The newer model apparently has gel or sand in the bottom.The plastic above and below the bottom was separated, causing a huge air bubble in the bottom of the hot tub! You cannot sit in it without being knocked over off balance! My elderly mother cannot use the hot tub. I called Intex. I sent photos. They said their policy for 2nd return is that you have to send the whole hot tub back!. Over $600 for Shipping! I told them they sent me a defective hot tub. They said it did not matter. I even asked if I could deliver the hot tub to their warehouse in my car. They said no. I had to ship it! What a complete rip off! They sent me a completely defective product! What a way to rip off a customer!

I bought an Intex air bed and I love it. My sister came to visit and I slept on it for 4 nites and my sleep was excellent!! Pumped up quickly, stayed inflated, and was easy to deflate and store. I would refer a friend to buy this!!

Intex products are terrible and their customer service is worse! Buyer beware!

Ons zwembad had, net na de garantieperiode, een lekkage in de naad. Via de site een case gestart, foto's toegevoegd en uitstekend kunnen communiceren via deze case (met Kayla). Intex maakte er totaal geen probleem van en we hebben, na het volgen van de instructies, een nieuwe liner gekregen van Intex. Ik was benieuwd, na het lezen van de slechte recencies, maar ik kan niks op de service aanmerken.

Intex spa jacuzzi aangekocht. Kregen na 2de week al foutmelding E90. Meerdere malen contact gehad via mail. Ze komen niet aan huis en sturen gewoonweg advies door wat je moet doen om je jacuzzi/spa in orde te houden. Ik deed dit allemaal maar het maakte niks uit. Toch kreeg ik telkens een mailtje met dingen die ik moest doen. Ik deed alles wat werd gevraagd, maar de foutmelding bleef. Service = heel zwak.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Terrible Customer Service. No help what-so-ever. Will not deal with this company ever again.

Bedankt voor de geweldige service, intex zwembad pool wall light was defect ,mailtje gestuurd volgende dag nieuwe lamp opgestuurd gekregen SUPER .zwembad ziet er prachtig uit s.avonds wij zijn heel blij met deze snelle reactie van INTEX

Intex Ibéria very good. Under garanty, my pool was leaking water and they send me a new one for free !

I had an error on the control unit. Intex made some suggestions which did not clear it . They then collected my unit,which was just within the warranty period , and within 5 days had sent me a brand new unit. Fantastic service .

Produit de mauvaise qualité pour un prix très élévé. J'ai payé 1500 EUR pour un jacuzzi intex 6 personnes et la couverture gonglable se dégonfle. Le cadran éléctyronique tactile est difficile à mettre en marche. Le produit est sous garantie mais le service après vente prend des mois pour me répondre. Enfin, très mauvais achat, demande beaucoup d'entretien et mauvais service après vente

1 Star is too high. Bought an air mattress and took it out of the box. The motor ran for 5 sec before it died and shut off. Called customer support to ask if it can be replaced and they hang up on me after they put me on hold for nearly 10 min. Next call to ask about the poor customer service and they say there is no manager available for me to speak to but they are concerned about where/ how the mattress is deflating. I state it never inflated so I wouldn't know if it deflates. 3rd call they tell me a manger will call me back. Finally hear from manager and they say the training is to hang up on complaints. They did not see anything wrong with how I was treated.

La atención es horrorosa. Siendo honesta. Deja claro que los valores de la marca carecen de humanidad y son pocos resolutivos. Es como si después de comprar un producto y tener el dinero, es suficiente y no existe servicio post venta.

only partial shipment arrived. no confirmation mail, Nno order number, no way to contact the company or track the shipment. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM INTEX EVER.

Purchased a floating island for my grandchildren to bring to the beach, had it less than one month. Used it 2 times, came apart at the seams. I was told there is no warranty on it . The company is as worthless as its products. Will never buy anything with their name on it again !!

I purchased an Intex queen inflatable air mattress with built-in pump from wal-mart.The bed constantly leaks.I have to inflate every 2 hours.I am the only one occupying it.I weigh about 170. Your design is pathetic.I wonder how many of these worthless trash products you produce are out there.you claim it does not leak.False claim..maybe you should try sleeping on this P.O.S. and see if you get any rest.your product is un acceptable . I will never purchase any product from this sorry company.Yes I have a few more choice words for you!

In April ons xtr ultra frame zwembad al gekocht en deze week opgezet. Alleen de pvc band om het zwembad heen zat veel te strak waardoor de poten beneden naar binnen werden gedrukt en het zwembad een trechtervorm had. Een klacht kun je alleen via de website indienen dmv een case rapport. Ik zag het al helemaal voor me..dagen wachten op antwoord en wss nog langer op een hopelijke oplossing. Nee hoor! Ik heb eerst gebeld met de klantenservice en deze dame liet me weten ( het was al half 12 vrijdagmiddag ) dat als ik het case rapport vóór 12 uur zou indienen zij het direct nog zou verwerken. Binnen 1 uur had ik mail dat de garantie aanvraag was goedgekeurd én we per direct een nieuwe liner toegestuurd kregen. De volgende ochtend om half 9 werd ons nieuwe zwembad al afgeleverd!!! TOP TOP service Intex!!

in the process of getting something send again since the quality is poor. the site and effort is not easy, but I am getting something replaced they say. lets hope it's happening!
