They sent us a defective 18’x9’x52” pool. Set it up, filled it with water and then the thing collapsed on itself with the legs buckling and folding in half from the pressure. Manufacturer defect! It also blew off 2 sections of my fence! Now after countless calls to Intex they are refusing us a refund and said we had to pay for postage to send back the buckled legs for new ones. After countless calls to customer service, it’s still not resolved. Stay away from this company at all costs!

ORDER PLACED Apr 14th 2021 After waiting for close to 2 months from the order and ship date that was sent in an email confirmation, I submitted 3 online inquiries on the intex site, but never received a response. Two weeks later I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes then prompted to have a customer service rep call back. 3 and a half hours later I was told that they do not have the parts, although the confirmation email had a delivery date and showed that they were in stock at time of purchase. I was once a loyal customer of Intex but for the last 2 years not so much.

Scammers!!! I ordered a kayak, within seconds of ordering they were pounding away on my credit card, l tried to cancel the card right away...too late. I contacted them many times and they assured me my money would be credited back to my card never happened, big surprise, never received the kayak or anything from them don't ever buy anything from them

I purchased a mariner 4 raft..wyoming requires a MSO to register for it to go in the water. I contacted several times to get the MSO.. the operator didn't even know what I was talking about. After 3 phone calls it was solved, so I thought . After 2 weeks of waiting for the MSO..it came incomplete without a company inspection..so, now again waiting for someone to answer the phone so I can get the product inspection of my raft.

I purchased an INTEX pool from Amazon in April 2021. The order was full filled and delivered by a third-party supplier. When I assembled and set up the pool I noticed I had a small pinhole leak on the pool wall. It was close enough to the top that I didn’t realize it until the pool was almost filled. I contacted Amazon and they put me in touch with the supplier. The supplier gave me the runaround. The supplier also told me to contact INTEX. I have tried every email and every contact form possible with pictures and invoices and documentation included. Yet, nothing will go through. I cannot submit my form. I called the customer service phone number and they’re never open and they refer me to the online submission form. It’s nothing but a hassle. My pool is brand new. Luckily, I was able to patch the hole because of where it is located. However, it’s brand new and I should not have to worry about a puncture hole. Not to mention, I would love to have a replacement liner for next year. I am VERY disappointed with the customer service and the quality of this company. I give it zero stars!!! I had better luck when I bought a pool from Walmart two years ago. Supposedly, an order number is required in order to get a response back from INTEX. I do not have an order number because I didn’t purchase my pool directly from INTEX. I’m not very optimistic that I will hear anything back from them.

1star is generous, they don’t honour warranty, they don’t give reasons and their products are obviously over priced and inferior. I would most definitely try and use an alternative manufacturer with better customer relations.

Intex Pools: Spent $2000.00 plus an extra $300.00 for damage to the pool through their insurance company which is Allstate. After filling up the pool, we noticed a leak right at the seam. Called Intex, their policy is to drain the $400.00 of water that you just put in, cut up the liner around the leak and wait 4 to 6 weeks while they decide if it warrants a new liner. Your kidding me, right? So, called Allstate, they said it’s a manufacturing defect, so they passed the buck right back to Intex. Meanwhile, I have 3 little grandsons who just want to swim. After running all over 2 counties to find something to stop the leak, we found “Flex Steal”paste. The best stuff! We put it on, and instantly stopped it. It tells you to let it dry in about 24 to 48 hours, then you can layer it if needed. This product saved Kellen, Keiran, and Kameron’s summer. So, 2 reviews here, Intex customer service sucks, we deserved better after spending that amount of money...but found a wonderful product in Flex Steal paste.

We ordered this 26333EH pool on order number 200520910 and spent over $2000.00 on it, $2044.90 to be exact. When it arrived, the box was completely torn apart. We checked the items the best we could, however, signed the paperwork the items were damaged. Upon putting this unit together, there was a leak on the seam of the liner at the bottom of the pool along the edge. This was definately the way it was stitched together and not damage from the trucking company because it is not a hole, it is just coming out of the seam. I tried calling in on Sunday and you were closed. I called Monday after work and requested a call back. I waited over an hour and called in again because no one returned my call. While on hold for the hour I was waiting, someone called and left a message. I found that out after hanging up because my phone was going to die after an hour of waiting and no one ever picking up. I need a new liner sent out as quickly as possible. I have a function on the 29th, so we had to patch this one the best we could so we could at least use it for the function and because it is on a seam at the botton edge, it will not last too long. However, I should not have to patch a brand new pool that I just spent over $2000.00 on. I would like some one to call me back as soon as possible with a confirmation on how fast a new liner will be shipped out to us. The customer service received from your company so far, has not been a very pleasant one.

Item arrived with a puncture and they won’t replace it. $350 down the drain. Customer service is atrocious. Gutted!

I ordered an intex pure spa through aldi. Warranty through intex contained in the box. Emptied it to clean and it will no longer inflate fully. I have emailed intex as the customer service helpline is constantly closed. I am still awaiting a reply from intex. Aldi have contacted them and they have suggested I return for a full refund. I want a replacement. So, I assume, the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. Extremely poor

Snap alle slechte reviews hier niet. Ongeveer 3 jaar geleden de Intex PureSpa voor 4 personen gekocht. Na 1 jaar waren er ledjes stuk op het display. Deze werd netjes vervangen. Nu na 3 jaar zitten er kleine scheurtjes in het afdekzeil. Er wordt probleemloos een nieuw afdekzeil opgestuurd! Top service, ver boven verwachting!

Order number 109251295 for a K2 kayak, I received a cheap pair of sunglasses instead, the Post office provides them with a item received status but not the real item that they never sent. INTEX cannot provide me with tracking or evidence that they ever sent a K2 Kayak its just a scam stay away from them they steal your money and in turn offer 40% refund. Please be careful

I’ve bought 3 air mattresses from intex in the last 2 years and all have ended in the same issue, it ends up bulging after a couple uses. I finally was able to make a warranty claim, but getting through was a long and gruelling process. I used the email contact us 4 times and just got back automated replies. I finally called in today and everything seemed to be going smoothly with the claim and getting a new airbed under warranty until I was told I need to ship the entire airbed to them before I can receive my replacement. The airbed I bought is around 30$ at walmart. I live in Canada and would have to ship a big airbed to the USA, and pay more in postage. It’s a ridiculous policy that they have. If this is their policy, they should provide shipping labels and pay for shipping. Outlandish company and not happy.

This is the second spa I hvae ordered. The last one lasted two years and I decided to just order another. It lasted two months and the control went out. After a dozen or so contacts by their form letter, they say they will send a replacement part soon. Today I received another form letter requesting the same information. I cannot believe the unacceptable quality of the service department If you try to call, they have a recording that says go to web site

I can't believe what happened. I ordered 1 month ago kayak and I received... a pair of glasses of ray-ban. I Would like to have a total refund but they said (right now) that it is impossible. They want me to send Ray-Ban back, and I have to pay for the shipment. They are ridiculous. They had a mistake, and I have to pay for it. They keep saying it’s not their fault. I really hope that they give me a total refund.

Do not spend your money with this company!!! I purchased a air mattress that I’ve only had for a couple days - the air mattress isn’t any good so I called customer service. The agent wasn’t helpful at all, so I asked for a supervisor and she told me NO..... are you Kidding me🤬 Now I’m out of $60 and a product I can’t even use

I ordered a pool for my daughter for Easter. Needless to say they took my money right away and never got a delivery!! Of course can't find a phone on their site and no replies on emails or anything!! I'm not happy at all and want my money back!!!

I bought an inflatable kayak last season and it was ok. But the adapter on the hand pump broke and I have been trying to get a replacement part for months. But it is not available. I ended up having to buy a part on eBay for a lot more money than it was worth but the kayak is worthless without it. Don’t buy from Intex

Their claim process is ridiculous. Their product was defective and my inflatable spa lid sprung a leak months after buying this product. Once you jump through hoops to get a claim started, they required me to cut out pieces of the leaking lid and they want me to mail pieces to them. Number one, I have to pay postage and packaging to mail it. Number two, they are out of the replacement product, so I have to wait until they get more of this item which is a problem since they want me to cut up the inflatable lid I have which I have been airing up on a daily basis so I CAN USE THIS PRODUCT. It's leaking but I can still air it up frequently so I can still use my product until they can actually send me a replacement which they don't have. If I chop it into pieces to mail it to them when they don't even have this product in stock, how is that good business?? I would suggest just buying your pool/spa through Bestway and not Intex. I filed claim for my pool with Bestway because the pump went out within a year and the process was WAY smoother and better. Not too mention they had the part on hand. I will be sure to buy next hot tub through Bestway purely for peace of mind in case I need to utilize their claim process. Intex is a joke when it comes to their warranty. They make it nearly impossible to utilize it.
