purchased pool cover that was never recieved. They did not want to give me a full refund. Customer service was horrendous as well. Will never purchase an intex product again.

2019 purchased a 15 ×48 above ground pool came with intex filter pump model# 58390e and it should have more than enough for that pool, worked good for 2months or so. Then the thing started getting very loud after 15 minutes of use before the just stopped working, so couldn't get another pump on the fly so I just closed the pool.... middle of April 2020 I ordered the recommended pump for that size pool or whatever they based it on, paid $245.00 plus shipping, showed up the 3rd week in july... Sooooo it was the same model #58390e.....worked great for about 8 or 9 weeks closed the pool! This year Opened pool weekend after memorial day. Pump worked for about 20 freaking minutes and made loud noise and AND THE PLASTIC PIECES OR WHATEVER BROKE.... WARRANTY RAN OUT YESR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE AND ANYONE WHAT PIECES OF CRAP PRODUCTS INTEX IS...... HAVED A BLESSED DAY!

I purchased a small 10 foot round Intex pool. The instructions were difficult so I called the 800 number supplied for customer service. After being on hold for over 30 minutes I was answered by someone whom I could not understand. When I politely requested to be transferred to someone who spoke English she hung up on me. I called back waited about 20 minutes and was told to watch the You Tube installation video and again disconnected. I finally found a local number for the company in Southern California (310)549-8235 who told me not to worry he was going to immediately transfer me to a person who could help me. He transferred me back to the same phone number that is actually in China. The retailer where I purchased this piece of garbage was kind enough to return it. They also told me I was one of many who had similar issues with the company's so called customer service.

No compren nada en Intex, hice un pedido online a las 16.00 horas del sábado y lo cancelé a las 16.30. Dentro de su política de devoluciones dice que si es posible se haga antes de una hora. Me envían el pedido el martes despues de hablar con ellos el lunes a primera hora para asegurarme que lo habian cancelado y me dicen que ya había salido. Eso si en todo el fin de semana no cogen ningun telefono porque no trabajan. Según llega lo devuelvo y ahora me dicen que tengo que pagar los portes porque no he cancelado a tiempo. Esto es impresentable y lamentable, esta empresa no tiene ninguna seriedad y esto roza en la estafa. No compren nada aquí-

Zero star rating . Customer service is very bad . Purchased a reclining pool float and it split at the seam . Purchased the same float again and the same thing happened. I bought it through Doheny’s and they advised me to contact Intex . I did that and they claimed there was nothing they could do . Stay away from Intex ! My item number is 56803. Each float cost $ 54.99

Thieves! Went against my better judgement and bought from amazon (just new this was a mistake) bought 3 inflatable kayaks and all 3 failed with first four uses. One actually failed while using, and only because i was in a canal just feet from the bank, i managed to get out just inside before it deflated with me in the kayak. So this product can seriously danger lives. Tried in vain to contact Intex, but they ignored all correspondences, whether from amazon or direct from their website. I also tried to complain to amazon, but no response from these crooks either. Also found out that the company is a chinese based company, who house a certain amount of products in a warehouse in my country. So not a company based in my country, like they make you believe. Stay away guys, Would not be surprised if i heard there had been a death or two with this product. And shame on you amazon as you know this is a dangerous product !

I purchased a kayak from Intex that came broken. I filed a warranty claim with them on 5/11. On 5/30 I called customer service for a status update on the claim and was told the replacement part would come within a week. That did not happen. On 6/30 I called customer service again and was told the exact same thing. Again, no replacement part. I am now trying to receive a refund on my purchase; however, due to waiting on my warranty part, I have missed the 30 day return window through the retailer. I have contacted Intex in 3 different forms multiple times, but have yet to speak to a person about my request for a refund. I am now preparing to contact the Better Business Bureau. Do not trust the warranty process or customer service. If you purchase from this company, pay close attention to the return window if anything goes wrong.

Horrible customer service

I want to give -5 (negative 5). Poor quality, Poor customer service. I bought a twin-size inflatable mattress for my son. After two months its seem got opened at two places and it was of no use to me. I started a warranty claim process. It's been two months now I haven't received my replacement mattress yet. Every time when I call their customer service they do not have any updates. They just ask me to wait and call again after two weeks. It seems like a recurring process with a cycle time of two weeks. Worst customer service. Worst warranty claim process. Do not buy from them.

Bought a pool brand new 2017 ultraframe....they don't even carry liners for it anymore after the liner split. Spent almost 1000 dollars on it and don't even use it and they won't respond as to how I'm to replace the liner or if there is a replacement for the Ultra frames. God awful company. Def a zero I have been hassling them since I bought the pool.

I bought the Intex pure spa 6 person in beige on the 31/1/21 Ive sent over ten emails to try and get my tub booked in as it has e90 error we've emptied tub refilled changed filter how we was advised still nothing. We bought the tub from the range at hudderafield they will not even help us... Avoid avoid avoid You can't ring intex either due to covid

Intex es una empresa multinacional con décadas de experiencia que les ha otorgado carta blanca para promover la estafa y el mal hábito a través de sus piscinas. Por el bien propio y de los suyos, por favor, NO COMPREN INTEX. Hace dos meses adquirimos una piscina Intex con los agujeros de entrada y salida del agua para la depuración con un diámetro desmesurado. Tardamos 2 meses en averiguar - y por nuestra cuenta- que se debe a un nuevo sistema de depuración oxigenada, muy de moda en las piscinas como esta. Sin embargo, nadie de atención al cliente sabía explicarnos el porqué de esos "agujeros", porque ni si quiera conocen el producto que venden. Dichos “aparatitos” que unen piscina y depuradora tienen un precio de mercado de 139’99 €. Ni más, ni menos. El siguiente problema llegó cuando descubrimos VARIAS PITERAS a lo largo de la piscina. La solución de estos fue enviarnos una piscina nueva, y cuando le reclamamos que ya llevábamos casi toda la piscina llena (más de 15.000 litros de agua, QUINCE MIL), y que desperdiciar eso es una bofetada al media ambiente y una estocada a la factura del mes, su respuesta es silencio. Recibimos esta segunda piscina con los mismos errores que esta. Pero aún hay más... El problemón llegó después, cuando ya teníamos la piscina completamente llena, 20.647 litros (repito: casi VEINTIÚN MIL LITROS), y descubrimos que estaba EXPLOTANDO una de las juntas de la lona, en un "lateral" de la circunferencia. Rápidamente detuvimos a mis sobrinos de 3 añitos y a mi sobrina de 6 -pues los pequeños justo estaban entrando al agua- por lo peligroso de la situación. Efectivamente, LA LONA ESTABA EXPLOTANDO. La piscina Intex no soportó la presión del agua. Es decir, un producto supuestamente fabricado para soportar una presión de 21.000 litros de agua, no aguantó y EXPLOTÓ. Regalándonos con ello una factura garrafal, y UNA PALIZA AL MEDIO AMBIENTE sin igual. No nos devolvieron el dinero. No nos idemnizaron por el peligro y los gatos que conllevó. INTEX ES PELIGROSA, Y NADA FIABLE.

I order a sand filter. i needed to order different pool fittings. I was on hold for 2hrs. when finally someone picked up. The rep couldn't help me. There was a language barrier. When i asked to speak to someone else the rep hung up on me. The worst customer service ever. never again

Absolute junk! We bought an air bed that came with a hole from the store. After multiple attempts I was able to get a customer claim for a new air bed that involved cutting the bed up to prove I no longer had a usable bed. Then it sat for over a month- when I followed up today was told “ we don’t have an ETA when the replacement piece will be in” and when I asked for my money back was told to “go back to Walmart” (remember I cut the bed up and no longer have something I can return back to Walmart). Absolute junk product and horrible customer service!

Intex is terrible don't use them i bought 18 by 48 swimming pool the liner had hole in the seam. I called was on hold for 3 hours i ended up leaving my phone number per the recording that said they would call back. (no return call) Finally talk with someone sent everything in for replacement, still no replacement 1 month later. I asked to talk with Manager 2 weeks later still have not heard from Intex. Now 6 weeks later still no pool. I would recommend you not use Intex find another company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought the clear view prism above ground pool. Poor engineering epic design fail on this bad boy. The whole part of the side is ripped out. Cannot even have it half full. Yes it was level.. Called and no answer and left numerous emails no answer. I'm takin this crap back where I bought it and will never spend another dime on INTEX products. This is insanely terrible service. Shame on this company for screwing 1 too many people !

Bought 4 intex kayaks for Christmas 2020. Ordered dec 1, got dec 23. Wrapped for Christmas presents. Finally got nice weather and no ice on the lake/ rivers and went to take one out of the box unfolded notice something on the inside of kayak and it is a defect from manufacturing. Would not inflate or anything. Did not even make to the water. Tried calling customer service but because it’s over 3 months since I bought they will not return. Will never buy anything like that again from them. Looked a pool no intex for us. During Covid and such this is just poor customer service. Spent all that money and it’s garbage. Can even use.

Binnen de garantietermijn van 2 jaar ging mijn zwembadpomp stuk. Via de site van Intex (garanties gaan niet via verkoper) vul je een formulier in. Lijkt omslachtig, maar is super efficiënt. Een bevestiging na het invullen kreeg ik niet direct, maar de case ging wel meteen lopen. Tip: Check je spamfolder voor updates van Intex. Binnen 3 werkdagen was alles geregeld en kreeg ik een nieuwe pomp opgestuurd. Geweldige service.

Ons zoutwatersysteem vertoonde kuren. Uiteindelijk reageerde het ding nergens meer op. Na een melding gemaakt te hebben duurde het een aantal dagen voor de eerste respons, waarin we extra informatie moesten toevoegen. Weer 2 dagen verder en reactie daarop ontvangen dat ze de een andere unit zouden sturen. De dag erop in huis en alles werkt weer. Initieel contact duurde even, maar uiteindelijk binnen 1 week opgelost, dus al met al zeer tevreden!

This customer service is AWFUL!!!! Edward, who I spoke to today was not helpful. Their return policy is a joke. Doesn’t start the day or even week when you received part. Nope!! When they made the order. So I do not recommend dealing with customer service. Just save yourself the headache and heart palpitations and just not buy from them.
