Purchased king size air mattress on 9/04/22 at Walmart Supercenter for $124.00. Over the Christmas holidays, the mattress developed a leak and was rendered useless. Walmart would not exchange or refund since it was beyond 90 days. Intex representative initiated a claim for me on 1/11/23, although I had previously reported the defect since I had an existing profile in their system. Yesterday I received an email that I had exceeded the Intex claim timeframe, whatever that is?? My claim has been invalidated. Substandard product, customer service, integrity and loyalty really suck! Do not spend your hard earned money on their products.

Good day to you I am writing to you to ask if the quality of your inflatable products quality has decreased? I bought a Queen blow mattress last year from outdoor warehouse When I blew it up the next day it was flat, which means it had a slow puncture When I retained the mattress for an exchange and or refund they refused The box was not 100 president aealed which I asked them to make a note in the invoice so if I had bay issues Hence I pushed hard to get a replacement or refund They finally exchanged the unit but again the box was not sealed I used the new mattress now on 2 December and to my disappointment the mattress again went flat the next day I cannot tell how disappointed I am that I have to spend money and then only to find out they the supplier which is outdoor Warehouse refused to help me only u til I kept pushing and for that manager invoked Terrible service to say the least However I am not sure if it is actually outdoor warehouse or if It is intex themselves that refuse to refund the customer due to poor quality products I also bought an intex boat orange which also went flat the day after we blew it up So that’s three products now that have failed The Queen double mattress however that I have had for almost four years No issue Please can u guide me as getting exchanges on my products or my money back please

Bought an air mattress, it leaked. Filed a claim, was told to cut out logo and mail it in. Sent certified mail and they claim no cut out was in the envelope. Total fraud. Do not buy. Worst service ever.

Bought Intex Queen Air bed 15 from Walmart Central Square NY. Queen size dimensions are supposed to be 60” by 80”. The bed turned out to be only 75” by 56” inches. Freakin rip offs

We saved and saved and finally in the end of the summer 2020 we purchased the 20x52 pool. We spent countless hours getting the spot just right for it. We put it up in June of 2021 with minimal problems and really loved it!! Had a super great summer. We were unable to put it up in 2022 due to physical limitations after having surgery. I happened to look at it the other day and noticed that the whole seam has come completely apart beyond repair. To say I was devastated is a understatement. I actually cried along with my children. I wrote the company and explained everything that happened told them that we only used it ONE year. Stored it properly and it's clearly a defect. The response I got was a pretty generic one and basically because I had it longer than a year I'm out of luck. What it boils down to is that we had a $1400 summer one time. I did research and thought intex was a company with good values and customer service. Boy was I wrong.

Hice un pedido y en una hora quise cancelarlo puesto que mis padres habían pedido el mismo producto, no pude hacerlo y encima tengo que pagar por el porte de devolución. Intente hablar con el servicio atención al cliente y de todo menos atención, respuestas generales. No recomiendo comprar en esta página. Muy poco deseable

Intex must be the worst customer service ever--they not only did not back up their warranty, they flat out lied about it--then they wanted me to buy a new part for $230 that had already failed 2 times in a year--NOT A CHANCE--bought another spa from another company!!

Comprei um colchão insuflável que balançava mais do que um barco em alto mar! Zero estabilidade. Nem sei como é possível uma marca lançar um produto assim para "dormir". No fim, quando quis devolver, ATENÇÃO!: os portes da devolução são pagos pelo cliente!!! Neste caso, eram superiores ao valor do colchão (15,00€)! Desisti...

I got a 15x42 this summer I made the claim for the liner I did everything required which was to send pieces of the liner literally pieces, I sent them and I receive the notification that they do not have the liner in stock and this was 2 months ago, they do not have any information on having my replacement at some point and the treatment of customer service in Spanish and English are the worst, I simply chose intex for their fame and guarantee and the worst thing I have done, I mean I have been left without my pool with only almost two months of buying it, the only thing I have is the frame in my patio who knows until when next summer? honestly buy another brand, that guarantee no guarantee just go for another manufacturer.

Compré un colchón el 04/08/2022, una vez recibido decidimos devolverlo, asumimos los gastos de envío y les fue devuelto el pedido en tiempo y forma por el servicio de correos y en el mismo embalaje ya que el pedido ni se abrió. Hace ya casi un mes que les fue devuelto el pedido y con muy buenas palabras te dicen que no encuentran la devolución. Menos mal que existe la OCU para denunciarles.

I have purchased 3 floating recliner inflatable lounges in the past 2 summers. I live in NJ so summers are short. All 3 loungers have split on the seam almost in the same place. I contacted the company for a coupon or something to help me purchase another float since I already paid for 3 in a short period of time but they said NO no coupons given. They said to send in a picture of the box to see about a warranty. Who keeps pool float boxes…not me. So basically OH WELL too bad. So I will not purchase Intex products anymore.

Nog nooit zo’n slechte koop gedaan Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat er (eerlijke) goede reviews over de Intex Spa Deluxe worden geschreven. Ik heb hem nu 8 weken. Alle storingen blijven zich herhalen. Het bad was lek (C verbinding) en het bleek volstrekt onmogelijk om ergens verhaal te halen. Op de site van Intex loopt alles (expres??) vast bij het invullen van een formulier en telefonisch zijn ze nooit bereikbaar. Mijn bad moet elke week verschoont , dus leeg -helemaal poetsen -en weer vol (na 2 of 3 x een half uurtje gebruik) 2 x per week een nieuwe filter en een vermogen aan middeltjes / zuivere NaCl zijn er al doorheen gegaan. Dagelijks 6 uur reinigen (zout-systeem) en de filterpomp staat continue aan. Na 3 dagen verschijnt dan weer de code E90…… zucht. Het mag allemaal niet baten….. na een week is het bad weer glibberig en wil de error niet meer verdwijnen……. Behalve als we het bad maar weer leeg laten lopen en helemaal poetsen. Deksel was ook vanaf dag 1 lek. Het filter past niet strak aan het bad, draait vanaf dag 1 al door en sluit dus niet goed aan…….. dan komt er lucht bij …… en dan komt ook de error weer. Etc etc. En service is er helemaal niet. Deze 1000,- gaat dus nu na 8 weken naar de vuilstort. NIET KOPEN DEZE TROEP

Ons zoutwatersysteem ging drie maanden na de garantietermijn van twee jaar stuk. Noch vanuit de leverancier (Heuts), noch vanuit Intex was er enige vorm van coulance mogelijk. Enige optie: nieuwe onderdelen bestellen die duurder zijn dan een nieuw systeem. Het had Intex gesierd als ze bijv. korting hadden aangeboden op een nieuw systeem. Met een levensduur van twee jaar wordt het zoutwatersysteem hiermee peperduur.

Ik heb drie warmtematjes gekocht om mijn zwembad mee te verwarmen. Na een week is er één gaan lekken. Naad opengegaan. Matje uit opstelling verwijderd, twee matjes blijven gebruiken. Melding gemaakt bij klantenservice Intex. Andere matjes werken naar behoren. Foto’s bij klacht meegestuurd. We hebben het hier over een matje van ongeveer €30. Ik heb in reactie verzoek ontvangen om nog veel meer informatie aan te leveren. Mijn schoenmaat ontbrak nog net!! Waardeloze opstelling van deze klantenservice, die er een waar ontmoedigingsbeleid op na houdt. Beschamend Intex, zo hoor je niet met je klanten om te gaan.

I purchased the INTEX 26669EG QS1200 Krystal Clear Saltwater System with E.C.O. for up to 15000 Gallon Above Ground Pools July 2021 and it just stopped working all lights went out only lasted a couple of months. Customer service sent a new control panel and it worked for 6 months and did the same thing shut down and all lights are out. Now they want me to ship the unit back for inspection at my expense. I am not going to keep putting money in to a product that stops working twice in less than a year! The only solution is to throw it away and buy another system from a different manufacture. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND THIS COMPANY!
