United States | 15 April 2021If I can give them zero stars I would Bought 2 products from them tried to call and cancel the same day within 3 hours of buying them was on hold for 2 of those hours (covid is not an excuse anymore since many people are working from home now) was told there was nothing they could do but the website say it takes 5 days to ship it but for some reason my order only it only took 3 hours! Took 2 weeks just to get my refund because they had newbies working and didn't even get my full refund say it policy to keep the shipping fee! They obviously don't have a cancel policy because you can order but not cancel the same day so make sure its actually what you want or you will be screwed!

United States | 14 April 2021So i bought an Intex Easy Set Pool 18x48 26175EH model through Walmart. I reached out to Walmart and seller and asked for a partial refund as i paid $787 for a $450 pool. I was told no. So after I put my pool up about 2 weeks after receiving it and my inflatable ring was deflated within 12 hrs of being up. I called Walmart and they told me to reach out to seller which i did and they did as well. After talking to Walmart.com CS, I was told that the seller suggested to talk to Intex. So since it was so late in the day, Intex was closed and i found out they weren't open on weekends. I had to wait til Monday 4/12/21 (yesterday). I called and waited 30+ minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone at which point, i had to hang up. I tried calling back today (4/13) and couldn't get through to Intex. Period. So i hung up and called Walmart.com again to see what could be done. They said they could issue a refund and for me to ship it back. I can't pay for shipping so they suggested me bring it back to my local store. Idk how the refund will go or how any of this will work. I will update this (if I can) when this is all settled!

Canada | 19 March 2021I ordered an excursion 5 online from the company itself. When it arrived, we inflated it on the flloor in the house and found there was a hole in the bottom. I went to their website and left a complaint with photos of the hole and the boat. After more than two weeks, I did not get a reply, so I tried to call them. It took about one hour till somebody answered me. After being held on the line frequently, finally they came up with the idea that they would send me an email noting what I have to do. Certain paper work and sending back a cut out of the boat, which seeming I had to pay for. I have just quit following up, since I think I will waste more time than it is worth. Moreover, if the layer is so weak, if they send me a new one, I won't be sure it will be very endurable .

United States | 20 February 2021What a f******* croc of s*** this company is. bubble spa motor and heater busted less than 90 days into use. Called and got an approval for a replacement motor under warranty on 12/14/2020. Today is 2/19/2021 still nothing. I called customer service on hold 45 minutes-hung up called corporate offices-all i hear is crickets. No one at this piece of s*** company wants to answer my claim no one wants to try to explain why 96 days have passed and still nothing. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS DOUCHE BAG COMPANY buy a Coleman Spa I hear they are much better than this clown show

Ik heb nog nooit zo een slecht bedrijf mee gemaakt alles gaat snel stuk ik kan nooit eens lekker rustig de jacuzzi in want er is altijd wel wat mis mee zojuist een extra warme afdekzeil besteld ik monteer het afdekzeil om mijn jacuzzi en ja hoor kapot.en ik haal de deksel net uit de verpakking ben er helemaal klaar mee zo veel geld uitgegeven en dat allemaal voor niks. Buiten dat hun producten slecht zijn is hun contact ook nog een heel slecht niet eens 1 ster waardig Mij zie je niet meer tot ziens

United States | 06 February 2021Do not buy from this company! Worst customer services. They messed my order up by sending me the wrong chair! I spoke to a manager back in Nov. 2020. She stated that I will be refunded back my money. This did not happen. She told me to fill out the form and take pictures of my chair. I submitted my form and I never heard back from anyone. Apparently, I was supposed to cut up the chair and send pieces back INTEX. I was not told this when I spoke to the manager. She said, take a picture of the chair and upload the pictures in the claim form and submit it. I think she told me wrong info, so she did not have to refund me back my money. I have called several times and requested to speak to a manager and the reps are rude to me and tell me this situation is my fault because I did not read the claim form. I tried to explain what happened with my order... and they don't care. I purchased a chair for 64.00 to get the chair I wanted. INTEX sent me the WRONG chair. They sent me the 39.00 chair. I would have purchased the 39.00 chair and not paid twice the amount for a chair I did not order. Intex sent me the WRONG chair!!! Do not buy anything from this company..You will have problems

United States | 14 November 2020If it was a zero I'd give it back. Trying to contact their customer service line you are on hold for 20 minutes and then get disconnected. There's no chat options. I've been dealing with them for years and as soon as this Intex pool is done for usage I will never buy another Intex product again. Great prices but terrible terrible service. My pump recently died and I cannot even log in to my account because I do not remember the password but upon submitting a password reset I never get that email from him. Just not satisfied all around.

They will take the payment and you will get nothing but a confirmation email saying you ordered and paid. I emailed and requested a update and received no response. SCAM

United States | 17 October 2020Be advised there are several fake sites that use the intex name. For my order the company was Intex Milo and the support email address was intex "at" support "dot" com. NOT the Intex domain. I filed a dispute with Paypal. There look to be numerous fake sites claiming to be INTEX but they are scamming the name.

United States | 16 October 2020I wish I read these reviews first!!! I ordered an inflatable kayak, paddles, and beverage float for about $90.... I was excited to use my hard earned money to do something fun. But it's only been a headache!! I received 3 pair of Versace socks....each a different size mind you so I'm sure they are fake...and nothing that I ordered. I know if it's too good to be true it's a SCAM!! Of course I emailed their company that raves about " their superior customer satisfaction"...that is sooooooo false!! The email comes back stating they can't handle my situation my email. The number given 1-800-234-6839 in Long Beach,CA NEVER answers a call. I called ever day and put it on speaker....hours later not once was it answered. I'm hoping my bank will handle this situation ( I'm sure they are used it ). I learned to only buy locally or from reputable well known companies. I hate feeling like I've been scammed. I will contact the BBB and at least put in a complaint.

United States | 06 October 2020Same thing happened to me--I ordered a supposed intex blowup kayak with motor mount for around $65 and got a supposed Burberry scarf from Guangdong, with an invoice for 6180 HK dollars, which is over $800 U.S. So far no charges on my credit card account.Do not order from this company for any reason.
