Schandalig hoe ze met consumenten omgaan.. dit jaar een compleet Zwembad met alles erop en eraan besteld.. 1 zomer opgehad.. Ik merkte al tijdens de zomer dat ik steeds wat water bij moest vullen maar dacht het kan verdampt zijn door het warme weer. Vorige week zwembad opgeruimd zag ik ontelbaar veel kleine gaatjes op de bodem van het zwembad.. na contact te hebben gehad met deze organisatie wezen ze mij op het feit dat er maar 3 maanden garantie opzit.. lekker makkelijk als ik het zwembad in april heb gekocht.. eind juni heb opgezet en vorige week heb afgebroken.. stel oplichters zijn het!

SCAM!!!! I bought an inflatable kayak for our holiday and they sent me a pair of knock-off RayBand sunglasses. emailed them and they tried to offer me "very nice handbags and shoes". I declined and said "No, I either want a kayak or a refund" and they said they had no kayaks in stock and said it wasn't their fault that they sent the wrong thing, apparently the shipping company mixed up my label with someone else. Don't know how you mix up a kayak and a pair of sunglasses but hey ho! I threatened to report them and was offered a 38% refund. This went on for about a month, me emailing saying I wanted a full refund and them saying it isn't possible. Eventually I reported them to FraudUK and accepted the 38% refund. Surprise surprise! No refund!! After then chasing my refund they stopped replying to my emails. Had to ring the bank to get my money back and the dispute is still ongoing... What was meant to be a nice treat for me and my boyfriends holiday has turned into a long process still with no end in sight. Please don't waste your time money or energy with intexoutlet.com! Absolute nightmare!!!

This company has horrible customer service The products are terrible junk mariner4 raft all it did was leak called up to get a refund They tell me only 90 day warranty asked me for 30,000 numbers asking me if I had the old box sounded like they didn’t want to give anything crap company will never buy from them again and will tell everybody I know not to purchase anything from this company Disgrace

Terrible customer service Suddenly my air mattress got I big bump, I contacted them, they asked me to send 2 pieces of the air mattress by mail, but I had to pay the mail, I asked to talked to supervisor about that, they told me he is going to call me, he never did. It already has 2 weeks, I didn’t hear nothing from them, nether when they are going to send a new one.

John Adams Leisure Ltd, the only Intex warranty company in the UK. Partners with Aldi to provide a 3 year limited warranty on intex products sold by Aldi. This company has switched it's phone lines off due to covid and says, we're still open but due to Covid 19 "...it may take us a little longer than usual to respond. Our phone lines are now closed, so please contact us using the relevant online forms." I thought I'd give them some time but what is a little longer than usual? and what is acceptable? No response in a week? two weeks? three weeks? I completed (very diligently) the relevant warranty claim for a replacement tub and buckle on the 17th August 2020. Tomorrow it will be FIVE weeks and NO response at all. I can't phone them to chase (their phone lines are closed) so I asked Aldi to chase. Aldi sent them an email, guess what? A week later and no reply! I really hope this isn't an abuse of the Furlough scheme, surely they can answer emails from home? I have been so patient but this is now getting beyond a joke. In case there is anyone working there my reference number is #11781. Please help me to revise my review by getting in touch to resolve this.

Please DO NOT BUY from website: store.intexcs.com This may have popped up on facebook as an advert and I bought an inflatable Intex Kayak at a reduced price. 2 weeks later I received a parcel from China with fake Ray-Ban sunglasses. Queried my order with them on their website and got no reply. Queried using the email provided on website (THIS EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST!). Queried using the email provided on the payment confirmation email and they sent auto reply saying they're unable to help with order. Then I found out via trustpilot that above website is a scam. You get sunglasses or scarves sent to you and no way of contacting them. I am trying to get my money back from the bank but also reporting with action fraud and trading standards to try and get this particular website shut down. Please don't confuse it with the real Intex website Intex Recreation Corp which is genuine. However looking at Intex Recreation Corp I'm not sure its real either now. I checked out Intex Recreation Corp on their Facebook page and it appears many people have lost out on various bogus intex websites for eg intexcorp.com, intexoutlets.com, euintexcs.com and intex-corporate. I suggest you don't buy from any site with 'intex' in it without seriously checking it first.

Total scam do not purchase as with everyone else received a scarf and told it was a mistake and if I send back the scarf I’ll get a refund (which they are going to say never arrived) also offered the 45% refund WHAT A LOT OF RUBBISH GOT REFUND THROUGH BANK

Please do not order anything from this company they take ur money and never send the goods I received a scarf I have been fighting with these now for over a month there is no contact number so its e mails I have also reported them to Trading Standards only yesterday so waiting for a reply PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM

Result. 😊 Managed to get a full refund of amount from Intex by contacting my bank. Gave them details of the scam and they processed it through a VISA disputes While this was happening got a bunch of emails from them saying if I send the scarf back to them with a tracking number they ....May refund me providing it doesn’t get lost or blocked by customs in China Talk about preempting what they were going to do. My other option was to keep the fake scarf instead of kayak and get 35% refund. The offer went up in subsequent emails to 45% then 50% I said NO I want full refund & sent proof of postage back to them

Devastated to discover I have been scammed. my husband furious with me ...thanks!!!! I ordered a kayak And paddles. paid by visa debit which showed up as Clenboutique on statement. Received tracking number which I had to chase up due to late receipt of goods. They tried to blame post office. They have posted me a black scarf!!!!!! £72 for a cheap bit of tat. I saw this on Facebook and thought it was legitimate too after reading reviews. Devastated.

Never oder from this company, you will not receive anything. They are not sending any order, just charging you. They are not responding to your requests, this company should be closed. They've never send me an order but chared me.

This site review is for shop.intexmake.com (not intexcorp.com). I saw their ads on Instagram and Facebook. The prices and availability looked too good to be true but the website looked real with many product reviews. I ordered inflatable kayaks but realized it wasn't legit Intex when confirmation email said credit card will say business as ClothingClover. They did send a mail tracking # and I waited to get package. I received sunglasses. I reported to my credit card company.

Unbelievable shameless scumbag company,My parents bought a pool on here MONTHS ago using my credit card to somewhere in China and it was paid for and we never received ANYTHING. DO NOT buy from this site! I'm very pissed off that they think they can just rob people blind like this and get away with it.. now it says it's unpaid when I have all of the proof that it was paid. Go to hell Intex
