United Kingdom | 25 August 2020I ordered excursion pro Kayak and received a fake pair of sunglasses. This site is complete scam, however very clever. By sending out cheap tat to you enables them to give you tracking number, giving you a false sense of security that your product will turn up. After waiting a month (I paid £10 for 10 day delivery), I received fake sunglasses, so disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

United Kingdom | 21 August 2020I too have been scammed. Will wait and see what I get instead of a kayak and 2 oars. When tried to log in to account it doesn’t exist and confirmation email shows no return contract. Tracking is unavailable

United States | 20 August 2020One star because it can't be 0 or less. This is the first time I bought something direcrly from their website. What a mistake! I received the pool with a cut, called them for almost one month many many times and couldn't reach anyone. Sent many emails and nothing, so I contacted the bank and sent them all.the documentation supporting what I say. After months the bank just sent me a letter saying Intex told them they were working with me to solve the issue, which they were not, and closed the case. I called them and sent emails again, many times and nothing. What a crappy ssrvice!...and pool. I guess I will have to find a claim with the bbb

United Kingdom | 19 August 2020SCAM. They’ve changed their website to intex-corporation.com please don’t not use. The pop up came up on my Instagram as I’d been looking for a inflatable kayak on google. It was $169.99 dollars which is about £135. Paid and nothing came. Do not use them. Terrible company.

United Kingdom | 19 August 2020Total scam! Charged me £65 for 2 kayaks and sent a scarf!!!! No contact details for them... So i can not complain. I have put a complaint in with Lloyd's banks fraud team. When looking at transaction it says a clothing company. Hence I realised where the scarf come from. Single mum here 65 squid down.... Only looking for cheap things to do in the holidays with the kids. Saw me coming!!!!

United Kingdom | 18 August 2020After placing my order for a kayak my husband found the reviews, ok so not great but usually you can say for every bad review written there are 3 positive not written. We generally only write them to complain, right? So after getting a tracking number and watching the kayak travel from China, today a tiny package comes through my door containing fake Versace socks and guess what? Yep it's the tracking number for the kayak. WTAF?? COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY!!!! unless you want to pay for fake Versace socks?? Next job to contact the credit card company and lesson learnt!!

United States | 18 August 2020Do not buy from this company! Their customer service is horrible! Our raft did not work the first time (manufacturer defect would not stay inflated) and because we did not try it until over 30 days from date of purchase they would do nothing to replace it, make good o it. Waited on hold to speak to someone for a half hour and they couldn’t have cared less. Total waste of money! Will never buy from them again!

United Kingdom | 14 August 2020Got scammed £50 for a ‘Kayak’ for which I never received! Opened a dispute with Halifax and should hopefully get my money back soon. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

United Kingdom | 14 August 2020I ordered a pool through an ad on Facebook and I unfortunately received a fake Burberry scarf and am having to try to get a refund from my bank. I have emailed both the U.K. and USA companies in hope of maybe some response or help and have also emailed Rip off Britain about this

Terry Chambers
United Kingdom | 13 August 2020This website is a complete scam and is not the genuine intex website. I went through a link on Facebook, ordered my kayak and ten days later received a knock off Burberry scarf from China. Will be trying to get a chargeback through my credit card .

No recomendable

United Kingdom | 12 August 2020Just for the Record, this is a scam, Intex is not selling kayaks etc at very cheap prices, I know this because I have also been scammed ordering 2 kayaks and taking delivery of one bright pink teeshirt after waiting weeks, in fact I advisedmy friend of the kayaks and he too bought a .... pair of socks. the company behind this, who takes your money from your account is Chocoport web site is WWW.Choc US - so dont be scammed by these eligitimate babies, get your bank to do a "Charge back" you have received goods you did not order, or if you did not receive by stipulated date of delivery, its a no show and get your money back, check with yoru bank

United Kingdom | 10 August 2020Absolutely shocking! I Ordered a kayak near the beginning of July and it has not arrived...even though it says it’s been delivered. I contacted Royal Mail and they have no trace of this delivery number! I cannot even login to my account on the Intext website. I am utterly disgusted that a company would scam so many people! Give us our money back!

David wood
United Kingdom | 10 August 2020Absolutely shocking company I ordered 2 kayaks and received a pair off nockoff sunglasses instead. Still waiting for a refund 2months later which I doubt I’ll ever see. All they’ve done is fob you off. Something needs doing about company’s like this

United States | 09 August 2020We purchased an intex pool and rechargeable pool vacuum from Walmart back in April and it’s now August. Both the filter pump and vacuum have stopped working. I’ve reached out via phone and email twice and nothing. I understand we’re in the middle of a pandemic, but if your going to continue selling your products and taking customers money then have the decency to answer the phone or email and honor the warranties that come with your products. I’ve had to purchase another one from amazon ( not intex brand) even though both should still be covered under warranty.
