Appalling customer service Faulty valve not covered by warranty. Poor quality materials and ineffective pump. Lay z spa far superior build. Poor customer service as ignore emails and Aldi not interested in helping with warranty issue. AVOID!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a handheld pool vacuum from amazon and used only a handful of times in 2022. Made sure it was dry before storing indoors over the winter. When I put my pool up this year (2023), I fully charged the vacuum and submerged in the water and it would not turn on. Light is green noting it is fully charged. Contacted amazon seller and they provided my receipt and Intex phone number to call as Intex has a 1-year limited warranty and I was within the year. Over the phone, Intex tells me they only have a 90 day warranty even when it is printed in the manual 1 year warranty. Around and around in circles we go. After getting fed up, I gave up on the situation. Clearly they do not honor their own warranties. Such a waste of money to buy such an expensive item that could only be used a few times. You won't see me buying an intex product again. Terrible company.

Bought an Intex 8ft metal frame pool, good size, easy to put together, BUT once filled up it has started leaking from the water out let! The outlet has not been sealed into pool lining properly! Now got to empty out and take it all apart to be able to return to the shop I purchased it from!!

Kan geen telefonisch contact krijgen Mijn pomp is kapot het gaat om de waaierpomp waar een staafje in is gebroken deze is makkelijk te vervangen alleen moet je wel het onderdeel ergens kunnen bestellen. Waarom is het hier zo moeilijk bij Amazon of AliExpress zijn er genoeg maar dat is China

Awful experience with the Intex Inflatable Spa. I have had nothing but problems. I put it away every winter.It looks brand new because it's been taken care of, it's totally worthless. I have fixed the impeller 4 times in the past 2 years, now it won't hold air. Pathetic service!

I have owned our salt water generator for many years with just 1 rare issue where I needed a replacement part. The only downside is that it took almost a month to receive the part. Overall, I am very pleased with their equipment. (4) 40 pound $1 bags of pool salt is all it takes for a entire summer of crystal clear water.

I sent in a question to Intex about a pool liner and the response I received back was to send them the product code for my air mattress. This means that they did not actually read my question and sent out a stock reply so they did not have to bother actually helping me.

I purchased Intex PureSpa Greywood Deluxe 85" x 25" Outdoor Portable Inflatable 6 Person Round Hot Tub Spa with Bubble Jets, Hardwater Treatment, Filter and Cover in February of 2022. I set up the hot tub in April of 2022. I just set up the hot tub in April of 2023 and the LED lights on the wireless touch control pad are not working properly. Intex would not replace and suggests I buy a $200 replacement. I have all intex products at my home but will never purchase another product from them since they will not stand by their products.

Bought an air mattress. After 6 months it started deflating. Made a warranty claim, which was accepted by Intex. But they never delivered the new mattress. Made all sorts of promises to call me back about this matter, and never did. 6 months on, still no air mattress as promised under warranty. Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, abysmal customer service and total disregard for the law.

I went in there to pick up the parts my boyfriend had ordered over the phone. When I went in to pick them up I was called a cracker and snow roach. The skinny dude, I think his name is Kevin, picked up a bat and pointed it at my face when I offered to pay by credit card. I ran out without the part. I will not be returning.

We ordered a spa and is was good for about a year and a half. Then we had a leak at the seam and since the one year warranty was up they dismissed it. We also used to love their pools (14 year customer) and now their quality in the materials of their pools and spas are horribly. They do not last more than 2 years. Before it was up to 5 years! Will not buy from intex again.

In 2018 we bought a led then,it had complaint and it will be changed by another defective led and after a year that changed defective piece can also gets defect in screen now it's warranty ends and we had a worst experience with Intex and customer care people said their company is not responsible for this.So,I request u to all customers plz don't buy any Intex product from anywhere.Their company is worst ever I have seen in my life.
