Aimee and George at Scout were incredibly helpful with applying for and finalising our mortgage and home insurance. We had an ordeal with our first purchase falling through due to our seller withdrawing the sale but George and Aimee were there every step of the way to offer advice, support and restart the process with our next purchase. It was very reassuring to know that the mortgage application and home insurance was being sorted and organised by by Scout with minimal effort on our part (with a toddler and a newborn and house move to complete, this was very important for us!) We would like to thank Aimee and George for everything over the last 6 months, they were so reassuring and determined to get us the best mortgage offer.

Ryan found the best mortgage deal suitable for my needs and explained everything clearly with excellent advice received. Great with communication and always approachable if needed. After the mortgage offer, Asad was in regular contact regarding updates and was understanding and flexible throughout, as had multiple delays due to other parties/services. Aimee arranged home insurance suitable for the property and my needs also. The regular contact was appreciated and the customer service received by all three was excellent. To anyone wanting a Mortgage as in this case, I would recommend using Scout.

Scout has helped me every step of an extremely long process for buying with a failed purchase and an 18 month time window. They were nothing but professional and helped me understand each stage perfectly.

We found Scout through a friend who put us in touch with Nick Prountzou. From the start he was very friendly and talked us through everything we needed to know. Being first time buyers we didn't have any knowledge on how things worked but Nick was patient and kind through out. I recently took Mortgage advisor service. Oliver as broker really did good job doing his research and as promised I got the lowest interest rate deal compare to other Mortgage Advisors. Application filling process was also taken care nicely & everything was smooth until we discovered that lender operations team has made some major mistake which caused 2+ months delay in my application. Kayleigh as administrator really did awesome job to chase lenders literally every day and escalate the case with lender whenever possible until we got final mortgage approval.

Kayleigh and Lee at Scout have both been very helpful and efficient in sorting out our mortgage and other relevant documents whilst moving house. We found their service excellent as they were easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly.

Can't fault any of the service we received. After speaking to a few mortgage brokers, we went with Scout. We were in contact with three people in total, all of which deserve credit, during our time buying the house. Lucy and Ross were friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to any of our questions and concerns. Especially given that my partner and I do not have work lives that are conducive to easy communications. After first being in touch with Lucy, in pretty short order we had a good deal on a mortgage applied for and locked in by Ross (not a minute too early either, as the rate was going up the day after he completed the application). Following that, we were handed over to Aimee-Louise, who was just as friendly, helpful, and attentive, for managing our case until we completed on the house. All told, we had a great experience, felt the cost was more than fair, and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.
