United Kingdom | 21 February 2025I had a bad experience at Paydens today when firstly I was ignored for way too long before then being told that there was a national shortage of my HRT drug! The staff member was very blunt and offered up little help as to what I should do other than “phone round all the pharmacies to see if any of them had it in stock. As anyone who knows when you rely on a medication to help you deal with certain situations to be told you can’t have it can be distressing. I decided to go to Kamsons on the off chance they had it. The lovely staff in there are so polite and helpful and although they too didn’t have my medication they offered up an alternative straight away. They too are aware of the national shortage but had something in place to help women and were surprised to hear that Paydens had not offered a substitute. I have since changed my nominated pharmacy to Kamsons and really would recommend them.

United Kingdom | 14 February 2025Took my daughter for a suspected ear infection and every single member of staff was helpful and courteous. The pharmacist was extremely thorough in her explanation of the treatment options before we decided on antibiotics - which were dispensed within 10 minutes of the assessment. I was sent away from two other pharmacies before we managed to get the help we needed. The entire experience here was extremely impressive, from the clipboard I had to complete to the demeanour of every individual. Will absolutely recommend and only use this pharmacy from now on.

United Kingdom | 09 February 2025Unfortunately I had a bad experience cat Kamsons East Preston today! The chemist did not have a queue and I entered and waited whilst the serious unfriendly member of staff finished her paperwork.I asked if she was all sorted when she finally looked up and silently just looked at me! No smile or greeting! I was shocked as I've been before and had not met this woman. I said good morning but she did not reply or say anything to me such as hello! I needed advice on an eye infection and wanted to speak to a pharmacist. The woman asked if my eye was sticky which I confirmed and she then asked if I had any discharge which I said yes as I had said that it was sticky. The pharmacist then intervened behind her to check and this woman said that she was already asking all the questions! I felt so angry as she wasn't a pharmacist and also was not kind and courteous! The pharmacist then came out to speak to me and he was helpful and definitely courteous. Unfortunately I would avoid the place if I saw that this woman was serving in Kamsons. Such a shame as it costs nothing to be friendly to a customer.

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025I phoned Littlehampton Kamsons this morning just after 9am to see if my little boys prescription was ready, the lady I spoke to explained it came down late yesterday but she would get it ready for me! I headed straight to the pharmacy expecting to have to wait still, but it was all ready for me. Excellent service! The staff were all so friendly, and the lovely pharmacist explained how to use the medication.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2025Redhill branch. Awful customer service. They don’t acknowledge you until they really have too and never with a smile and can I help you. Prescriptions take 3 days from being sent by the GP to be dispensed - ridiculous. Shame it used to be so good.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025Following days of uncertainty and very little help from the NHS and my Doctor's surgery, I found this was an extremely efficient service from online form filling to vaccination. I was so surprised how quick and easy this service was. The lady phoned to help me with my requirements within minutes of submitting the online form. She was very polite and helpful. I then had my vaccinations at the pharmacy within two days which also went smoothly. The pharmacist was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this service.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025Wrong meds dispensed. Following Kamsons reply below to my review below, I sent them the details they requested on 7 Feb. I have not even received an acknowledgment from them as of this morning (13 Feb). Kamsons made two errors with the prescription medications dispensed for my husband on the same occasion. No one at Kamsons noticed it - the squiggles on the Kamsons label indicating that they had checked that they had dispensed the right things is meaningless. My husband noticed the first mistake before taking the medication. But the second one he didn’t notice until he’d been taking that medication for a couple of days and had begun to suffer sudden mobility problems and feeling unwell, leading to him nearly falling over.
