China | 08 June 2019I've been using Gotrusted VPN for 5 years, in general it's been reliable and trustworthy. Mostly I use the service in China, even though from time to time, I experienced the stability issue and sometimes it might cause my laptop to crash and reboot, but I had a peace of mind knowing that I could count on Gotrusted when needed. Recently my credit card expired and I'm not able to go on to Gotrusted website to renew the payment info cause the website is blocked in China. Now I'm very disappointed since my service is discontinued and I have no way to fix it. Wondering if there is anyway that allows me to amend my payment info and continue the service at the same rate. Cheers!

Cyprus | 31 January 2019Back in Nov 18 my gotrusted VPN stopped working (it would connect, but download speed dropped to 0). I contacted gotrusted who replied with three alternative addresses to connect to, but none of these worked. I emailed them back to say they did not work and never received a reply. I then stared to email gotrusted on a weekly or so basis asking why they were ignoring me, and what are they going to do about the fact that I have paid £70 for a service that is not working. I even emailed them to say that if they cannot provide a solution, then refund me for the 7 or 8 months left that I have and cancel my subscription. Gotrusted finally replied with a message saying "As requested we have cancelled your account." However, I have received absolutely no refund or recompense whatsoever. My advice to anyone is do not use gotrusted. Their product (when working) restricts your internet speed a by quiet a bit, but when you have a problem and they cannot fix it, you will be ignored. Their customer service is abysmal, the worst I have ever experienced. AVOID GOTRUSTED AT ALL COSTS
