All these years, had problem trying to download/share gotrusted with my mobile phone. I works in China in alternate month. While practice in China always breakdown in between. William Tay

OK, I guess. It seemed to work ok, but there were some issues: 1. It was very slow to connect. 2. The connection, once established, was also very slow. 3. The private email service was once easy to find and use, but lately not so much.

Nice service. Not enough servers. I needed a Mexico server. Gotrusted had none. And that is why I had to switch after years.

Tried 7 day free trial. Confirmed within 1 hour that their service would not meet my needs. It's 2018 and horrifyingly they require you to send an email to cancel services rather than offer an online / immediate solution. The absence of something that easy to implement should leaves me to conclude that it's a deliberate business strategy: and one that will lose you business.

Helpful when in China

overall good service. Speed is slowed down considerably once I use it. Also conflicts with my antivirus.

The signal in China was not always stable and lost many times the connection to the page. Most impressive was always the service I received, friendly efficient and helpful. I regret I have had to cancel the service because China is now threatening to close down all VPN by February. If this is not going to happen you will see me back. Thank you again for all you did for me.

I here rate the service and the response of the support team, the quality and ease of use of the website. I do not take into consideration the effect of the "Great fire wall" which lead me to leave the service.

While in the Middle East, this is the Very Best system to use. And when the UAE tried to block it, I e-mailed GoTrusted and with in minutes is was taken care of and I've never had anymore problems. This is the second time I subscribed to GoTrusted and has worked 100% while in the Middle East.

Overall I was very happy with the VPN service, however, it would never allow me to stream USA Netflix. As a general VPN service for browsing the internet, it was 100% efficient.
