The service I received in China with you VPN service was horrible. I sent multiple emails to tech support, which were all answered promptly, but none of their solutions worked. I could never get a connection for longer than 3 minutes. I found another VPN service that seems to work much better. Your service was a total was of 4 months of charges.

As China blocked a lot of overseas news and information, in order to receive them, we have to "climb over the wall" (Chinese speaking of getting outside information using different internet).

I'm just cutting down on expenses for things I no longer need. There are free services for the casual user, which currently describes my needs. Should my travel pic up again, I'll be back.

Reliable access to Gmail in China is normally a pain. After loading GoTrusted, my Gmail suddenly worked and I could upload and download attachments again. I did lose access to my printer but after raising the issue with Tech support it was quickly solved. The only ongoing niggle was that some links on webpages would hang. The work around was switching Gotrusted on and off as required, which you can do as a single button click.

I can not suggest you to use GoTrusted in China, its too slow and too many times are not working. I tried other companies and the VPN from them works better and faster. But the reaction time and the help informations from the support team are good.

Would not recommend this service for anything other than browsing static, non-image-heavy websites.

You have just got to have a VPN if you are doing business in China. However I found GoTrusted unreliable, it kept on dropping out, I found I could manage by keep on changing my location but it was a pain. Also on a private basis I like to watch Australian tv using iview but that detects you location and block you if you are not in Australia, be great to have an Australian base Colin Austin [email protected]

Too many lags and buffering when trying to use UK websites

The service is very slow. It takes for ever to connect. Some servers are flagged as proxy and some web sites ban service. The subscription becomes inactive as soon as one cancels even though one pays for a whole month.

Thank god there is a way to stream while over seas and not be subject to local restrictions.

I would really recommend GoTrusted to those who look for private secured browsing on line. Their service really meet expectation and will not let you down at times you need it.

I tried this service for about 9 months. Initially the performance was very good but for the last 3-4 months, its performance gone down and faced automatic disconnections and speed issues. I have 5mb speed broadband connection and it is single used by me only. after connecting to your server the speed comes down to less than one mb. some time goes more even. speed ranged between 0.75 mb to 1.2 mb or 1.5mb. it was very difficult for me to use Skype or any other video conferencing media. I informed to your customer care also but did not find any change or support, so I thought to try some other VPN. Thanks and best regards.

GoTrusted provided a good service for me while I traveled around China. However, the service was slow to connect and required a faster internet connection than was typically available. It also disconnected easily and frequently. Certain websites were blocked due to inappropriate use of GoTrusted by other users. My travelling companion was tunnelling to her home router, which was much more reliable and faster to connect.

I enjoyed using goTrusted and I would like to use it again in the future.

Generally happy with your product/service. For some reason my account gets deactivated every month possibly from failure to automatically charge my credit card, so I have to manually enter the credit card details every time. If you can figure out what the problems is and charge me automatically, it will save me a lot of trouble. Thanks.
