I can not open Netflix with VPN connected in my new Ipad, I think it is becuase the IOS9.3.1, so I have to cancel

It used to be quite good when I was using GoTrusted from 2008 to 2012 in Shanghai and Suzhou, but now that I am using it in Foshan, it kept dropping.

Worked well when I needed it traveling. No Netflix access when I tried, but no vpn I tried has had it. OHWELL!

The service is not stable enough. Sometimes ti was good; sometime it could not work or only worked for a very short time. On the whole, I am not able to have a firm conclusion at the moment since I have only tried it for a few days..

This program is outdated and unreliable in the most simple terms. In a 30-minute internet session you will spend 5 minutes online and another 25 being connected, disconnected and re-establishing a connection. This may be a problem with the location (China) but my my personal experience and the general consensus is that there are just way to many options when it comes to service to accept quality this poor. Save yourself the time. Go with a more modern and robust service provider.

Connected line dropped periodically when using my MacBook Air in China and speed of surfing appears to be slow at times.

I have used this company for the last four years. There are free services now that give you free VPN access. No need to use this service anymore. I always found it a bit expensive too.

I tried to connect my Google mail during my trip to China, but unsuccessfully.

Our one yer stay abroad was always plagued by internet interference and routine scanning. When communications such as banking and business had to go through we trusted Go Trusted.

overall happy with the product. Only 2 things made me switch to a different VPN provider. First is that it would disconnect and reconnect or attempt to reconnect, with sometime it not being able too. 2nd was the price. I have went back to my previous VPN source (left as didn't work, but has since resolved) and the cost for 1 year is £19.99 plus VAT, which gives more regions to select from. Do not be discouraged due to my review. This is just my opinion.

I love this app.

I travel globally and need an effective VPN. While GoTrusted seems to work - it can be a real pain getting and staying connected. The program seems to frequently bump me off my wifi connection. Additionally it can be arduous to connect to the service - especially in China. I reached out to their technicians for help in China. They helped me through an initial problem - then ignored subsequent failures that became difficult to use the internet in China. It also took a number of days for the tech to get back to me. If GoTrusted is incapable of providing technical support - then the least they can do is to create an up to date checklist to self troubleshoot by users.

Go trusted VPN worked well for me, main use was in China. Over four months of continuous use whilst traveling all over China go trusted worked approximately 90% of the time, main area of performance issues was Beijing, everywhere else was high performance especially in remote locations. Excellent product.

Good value for the price without lengthy contracts but unfortunately disconnects frequently and can be an issue getting back on

I enjoyed the service during a short trip to Shanghai last month. The connect is not that stable though it is quite fast when it is connected.

Hassle-free service but expensive. . . I hope Gotrusted could provide discounts for loyal subscribers. . .. :)
