Have been using GoTrusted for a number of years and found it very effective. Extremely easy to set up, fast and always there when you need it. Having worked in the Middle East, where sensorship is possibly at its highest, GoTrusted never let me down. Highly recommended.

I like use VPN for my I phone to use Google map and translations in China. So I got on line go trust VPN software. They time I use my credit card got blocked by Citibank due to gate way not reliable. In addition I try all the way to use it!! Not a single min I am able to activate VPN. In my I pad working which I bought three years before. But this time not able make it working. service was always excellent, and tech support was always timely. I have used this VPN for years, but lately privacy has become a high priority for me. the only issue I have with this service is all my activities are logged, this is clearly stated in their TOA, but like I said recently I have become more concerned with my online privacy so thats what prompted the need to change. if not for that I would still be a customer!

I live in China and the VPN was constantly down. I assume it works great in other regions.

Can not use it whit the new iPhone iOS help and I will reconect

I had trouble to connect my iPhone using GoTrusted VPN when I was in China. The technical staff was very helpful to answer my concerns. She provided me with four different servers in addition to what the website suggested values. However, I could only get connections sometimes not all the time. Apparently, China presented challenges to GoTrusted. I cancelled my service after two months.

You guys make it very difficult for me to my subscription! Your product works very well for the most part, but I am no longer interested in it.. iPlease cancel my subscription, because I simply do not need this type of product/service anymore!

I could not connect and did not get support to tell me what to do. I would love to have the service if it worked.

Advantage: Connect easily in many places around world. A few problems: 1) The connection is often not stable. It goes off-lines frequently. 2) Turn wi-fi off every time when it goes off-line.

This has been a dependable, good service. The price is not the lowest of the market but it is not the highest either.

The title tells it all. I cannot use a VPN that makes e-mail inoperative.

I simply didn't get this service to work for me. I live in Mexico, and via the internet, this simply did not enable me to access as I had hoped. I cancelled, and the service was stopped as requested right away, no problem. I was pleased with that aspect, just disappointed it didn't work.

I'm using GoTrusted VPN mainly in China in order to get access to blocked facebook / google services. The connections overall were good but very often it dropped me out. I know it's unfair to blame all this on GoTrusted - it might be caused by my ISP etc. Another frustrating issue is with the cancellation process - submit the request via your web pages is unreliable at all - due to the unstable VPN connectivity stated above. I finally made the requestt through when I travelled to another country (i.e., not using your VPN), but it's been 6 months already since I initiated my cancellation in Augest. That is why I gave a 3 stars rating.
