the service worked great, got me to the sites i wanted and worked with all games and application on the computer not just the browser like some other services.

While I have had a very good experience with gotrusted, their software seemed to not be keeping up with issues from within China. At times it was perfect, and at other times it was very hard to keep a connection live for more than a few minutes. Whenever I had issues however, the service and support staff were amazing, and not just reading from some stupid manual. They listened to the issues and gave advice accordingly, rather than ask idiotic questions like "are you sure your windows is updated". Well worth it.

Poor response to request of cancellation of service. I won't ever use this VPN service again.

I value the service keeping me connected to all the websites I need to access. There is some issue of maintaining continuous connection. I used it as a backup VPN..

Very poor performance and no support when needed I feel my year's subscription was money wasted

It keeps disconnecting all the time in addition to being slow. Downloading takes a very long time compared to Expressvpn.

At 5.99$ a month I got a 0.3Mbpsdown & 0.127up. Pathetic good for nothing speeds! For the same price I was getting 11Mbps down & 3Mbpsup with Astrill which was awesome for Viber & Video over Skype The same price is for almost all prestigious leading vpn suppliers only those actually work. Gotrusted is simply trying to sell its service at a premium with nothing to back it up with. On top of that. Their website is child level silly. You cannot do anything but login & change password, you cannot see consumption, there is no configuRation file for IOS, which means you have to add vpn configurations manually! Most importantly you cannot do anything with this outrageous performance: Viber couldn't connect, & when it did, it couldn't maintain the connection, the same goes for all VoIP & high Bitrate applications. Opening a website took ages in contrast to seconds with Astrill. Steer away!

I have used your services for a online game , however I have not played the game for months and there were 2 additional charges to my account. It has caused me so much inconvinence to cancel my bank card . I do not like what has happened.

Need to improve your service quality urgently

I think GoTrusted offers solution whenever i need it. If the connection could get stronger in the near future, it would be AWESOME. As I menioned, i definitely will need GoTrusted later when I am out of country.

Since I started using Go Trusted just over 2 years ago I have had hitches or glitches with the service. I felt that it is well worth the subscription fee. In the past year or so I have recommended the service to a couple of my friends and they followed advice and now are contented users. Perhaps, a slight technical improvement of the site access when in difficult jurisdictions, might be of value to users. Thank you. A H Masry

I believe I should be the one deciding what is risky for me. It would be a more flexible product if you would let the customer tailor the program to is needs. I need to have a vpn and hidden IP address when sending to the internet but I also need access to my local LAN at the same time. Your product did that at time but it no longer has that ability. So Sad!!
