Best VPN I've used for China.

Excellent product and service.

I was based in China and had sometimes a slight problem with unreacheble websites. GoTeusted worked mostly good.

Always reliable. Easy to configure. It helped a lot in my permanence abroad. When my friends were complaining about their VPN failures, GoTrusted was always working well!

It is good proxy server.If it is good network ,It is work fine.I used in china very useful this proxy server.

Site states you can watch your streaming programs on sites such as Netflix and Hulu. I couldn't access these or others. When I contacted gotrusted about the problem all they really had to say about it was that most all vpn providers were experiencing the same issue because of vpn blockers. I was able to find one that works in minutes. I figure that you shouldn't advertise a service you cannot provide.

turnaround on support very nice. fixed problem very quickly.

First OK. Then more difficult to connect. Finally no good. Terrible program.

Crashing down often. However, I was using it in China, so as far as I know it highly depends on area you in.

Works great in China and easy sub management with PayPal.

I travel across Asia and tried to use GoTrusted in various countries over a period of around 18 months. Connection to US servers was very hit and miss and anywhere else (Europe mostly) virtually impossible. Trying to connect in China was impossible.

Sometimes when in Europe, I had to quit the gotrusted so a page would load. Not sure it was the combination of slow internet with gotrusted using a slow site, but disconnecting would help a little. I like having the protection but not the slow down.

i like it but didn't do the job hiding me on line from my i s p they knew when i used it got tons of ads and very slow internet so i hope you can work on this to make it better thanks r taylor

To stay connetced all the time . I think it still can't use with Microsoft Edge browser

Used GT while traveling in Europe and it was great! Easy process to deactivate the account when you don't need too which I liked.

I have had good luck and good service from Go Trusted, and do recommend them.

My credit card was hacked and had to be cancelled. I did not get a chance to contact all payees before traveling. Go Trusted suspended my account when my monthly fee came due, without any warning, while I was in China! The place where VPN use was most important, and they left me high and dry. I had to borrow someone else's computer to reactivate my account. A grace period would be appreciated. My credit card has been hacked on multiple occasions, and it is sometimes difficult to remember all of the companies to contact and notify of a new number.
