Service stopped working with my windows 10 suddenly.

I find that it can take a long time to connect and without notice it drops. I'm usually in the middle of making a purchase and this makes it very inconvenient. I sent a message expressing my concerns and received no response. I am currently looking for another VPN.

As a "tradition", all fire wall services are being blocked by Chinese authorities as often as you cannot expect. So if you are going to use GT in China, be ready for it. And keep in mind that this will be not GT connection failures.

I was never able to get the VPN service to work. To be honest, this may not have been entirely GoTrusted's fault as I had some issues with a competitor as well. What did annoy me most was the difficulty in cancelling the service. A note on the home page indicates that you should complete the form in the support area of the site. They do not provide a hyper-link to the support page and I could see no support tab or menu while viewing on a mobile device. I eventually got to it by trying various web addresses with the word "support". In short, I refuse to do business with sites that promise you can cancel at any time and then make it very difficult to actually cancel. I would therefore not recommend GoTrusted.

Honestly, I think you and your friends can do just as good as this site.

Being in China I have limited access to Face \ Book, YouTube and the likes.. the Go Trusted solution has been a God sent for us !! Hope all continues to go well as we are about 3 years in so far and so far so good! Thanks Go Trusted!

It has just been my experience that go trust works but is always slow and disconnects a lot.

Signed up for service in China, I could never connect. It was also difficult to communicated with Go Trusted in China, could not reach website or customer service to help. Got blocked when tried.

One of my friend who visit me last month and recommend me to use your product, he seems no issue to access web outside China with his iphone, I have both private VPN server and paid local VPN, both suffer from instability from time to time, but in general speaking, they work. However, for some reason, your product seems not able to bypass notorious Great Wall firewall when install on a laptop. it hang when i try to accessing youtube.

I was doing considerable travelling around the world on business and needed a trusted VPN client to cut through the hassle of local internet systems and all the rejections one gets with "we do not provide that service in your region" ... so I highly recommend GoTrusted. I had a paid account with GoTrusted. It was always slow, but manageable. Then today I got slammed with a copyright infringement notice from my ISP. How could that be, I thought? I made sure GoTrusted was working before, during, and after the P2P stream. I'll probably never know exactly what happened, but clearly GoTrusted can't be trusted.

hi, I'm living in China , and all of us know that teh iternet connection is a very big problem, but after descarge your vpn , and find a lot of problem, i try with some free VPN I have founded on apple store and a lot of time the free vpn is working better then your product.

Whilst working in China we used two VPN services to enable us to access websites unhindered. GoTrusted was very reasonably priced and was excellent for use on our mobile phones and ipads. It was not so stable on our laptops (which is why we used the other service as well) but would allow us to use the internet on the computers for short periods of time before dropping out. The fact there is no contract and just a month to month usage fee suited us very well. Thanks!
