I live in Saudi Arabia and I suggested that my new roommate get your service. Every since she has it is like the service thinks we are both running off the same account and constantly kicks us off. When I was the only one in the house who had an account with you it was awesome!

When i first started using GoTrusted it was fantastic and there was two servers that i used, both in the UK. One was much faster than the other called "Anything - Like GoTrusted" suddenly it just stopped working and couldn't get it to work after that. The other one was just never fast enough but served a very basic purpose. Once i left China it was pointless keeping the service and unless the service improved hugely in the coming spring I won't bother re subscribing when i get back to China in the coming March.

I used to live in China where a lot of foreign sites are banned, including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter...GoTrusted did the job most of the time and allowed us to bypass the Great Firewall of China. Great experience overall.

I contacted customer service a few times and suggestions were made but none of then fixed the issue. The connection to VPN was totally irregular connecting maybe 1 in 10 attempts or when it did connect it dropped out very soon thereafter. After trying everything possible and wasting almost all of the money I spent on the service I finally gave up.

I have used GoTrusted for many years.and i have been very happy with their service. But with my children getting older we want to use a VPN on more than just the one device, which after checking, was not possible with GoTrusted.

Excellent service and speedy resolution of any issue that pops up. The great price is a bonus.

We used your service and it worked well. However, as a normal family, we have multiple devices but could only use your service on one at a time. This was too limiting. There are other services, which we also were paying for that allows 5 devices simultaneously. A better deal in our opinion.

I really liked using this system, but it quit working and would not load onto my new computer..so I just gave up using it. Robert

The service was good I am back from Cina and need it not more

A lot of disconnections and annoying ui with pop up window that can't be turned off and shows useless info. Not enough servers choice to get over the Chinese wall.

Works flawlessly but if you have a wifi printer/scanner you must disable GoTrusted to use.

Dear All, I try to use your VPN from China, but the Performance is bad. Very often, the connection was broken down after short time and could not be reconstructed. After lost of connection also without VPN the Internet generally doesn't work. Then I have to switch of the computer and restart it again. In very rarely cases, it work for long time. Your Internet page recommended to update the VPN software, but there was no improvement. Additional the Internet was very, very slow No I use the Astrill VPN and it works wonderful, it works allways and with high speed and without any problems. This means, the Computer itself is not the root cause. In the past I thought, that it is the envirement here in China, which causes the Problem, but the real reason is the Gotrusted VPN by itsself. He is not suitable for China. It would be appreciated, if you take the responsibility and would be so generous to refund my payment beginning in summer 2014 because there was no real service. Generally okay. Was using it mainly to access Facebook, Google and Gmail in China. Depending on the day, could be frustrating at times to achieve a stable connection. However, I would rate it as generally ok.

It was easy to use when I needed it while in China. I will use it again when I visit.

Excellent and fantastic customer service. I only cancelled because I don't need it for the time being.

For the price, there are better and there are worse. The fact that I am in China and need a reliable connection to the USA is the reason I tried the service. The connection drops would not be a MAJOR issue if the reconnect was automatic and fast, but it is not. THE BIGGEST deal breaker is the bandwidth choke. WOW...the connection are so slow that forget about major data transfers. Forget about streaming anything.... even file downloads will take FOREVER.
