The hotel is in easy reach from the tube station. Very clean. Friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel overall had a nice relaxing atmosphere. It's a 10 minute walk to the Abba Voyage Arena. Highly recommend!

Easy to book with timely reminders and you get to speak to a very friendly, personable and professional person if you have a query! Great choice of hotel in a perfect position between the theatres and Euston station. Would definitely recommend as all the leg work is done for you leaving you to enjoy the experience.

Surprise birthday weekend easy to book everything as I wanted very helpful staff if I had any questions. Absolutely perfect weekend without having to think to much about organising anything, totally chilled and relaxed weekend, definitely using this company again!

The website is easy to navigate and gives a great choice of hotels for all budgets, I booked a complete package of hotel, theatre show and train tickets. The train tickets were delivered by courier at no extra cost to my address, and emails were sent with the details of everything else. Also a letter was sent with all details of the booking so I cannot fault the service I received.

Hotel direct made the trip so stress-free! Hotel direct booked my desired train times, check in at the hotel and entry to the theatre was seamless. This is the first time I have used Hotel Direct and I would definitely use them again!

No complaints, it's not perfect but it's pretty darn good and I will inevitably be coming back. I've been here before and I'll be here again.

It was convenient to use a company that was able to book the complete package. Felt there was a small lack of follow up information, heard nothing until a few days before the trip. However, hotel was good, easy access to venue (via tube, and walk), our venue was the Royal Albert Hall, never been before, had no idea of layout, no idea that there are at least 12 doors for specific entry, staff did sort everything out, but it gave them extra work.
