Our Sixt experience was great! From the service getting the vehicle, the vehicle experience while driving throughout Ireland, and the return convenience, Sixt hit on every cylinder. We will continue to use Sixt for car rental when we travel.

Greatest service ever! I’ve had some trouble (caused by my own bad luck) with the car and I got so much help and friendly support! It has been such a relief and pleasure!!

My experience with Sixt while in Ireland was good and it definitely made my trip easier to have a rental car. The service at the airport desk was excellence, though it did feel a little bit rushed. I was just coming off of a 10-hour flight, so taking a little more time to explain things would have been appreciated, but the counter was quite busy and I know my agent did the best he could. The car we received was a full-size SUV and it was comfortable and easy to drive. However, it did smell of smoke. Some maintenance lights came on towards the end of the trip as well. Overall, my experience was good with just a few snafus!

picked up downtown Dublin .....service at front desk was no issue .....looked to be a longer lineup after us ..9:30 am ....so would book for an early pickup .....return was very easy, just handed over the keys , we filled up gas 20km outside Dublin , no damge to vehicle...

Excelent service . Car been given to us so clean and very low mileage . We had wonderful traveling and we delivered the car on Sunday we had no problem to leave the car and key where we been told to do . Even office was closed . Thank you Sixt Ireland 🇮🇪. The website is very easy to navigate and the customer service is good, but above all, the pick-up process was incredibly easy and the person at the counter was very polite and explained everything to us. Our doubts and worries during the pick-up process were quickly dispelled. Also, handing back the keys was very easy, we just had to leave them in a little box at the airport.

Like others, I can’t figure out why so many negative reviews. I hired a car online and picked it up at Cork Airport. The service was remarkably great! I will not hesitate to hire a car from SixT on future journeys.

Nous avions loué une voiture chez Sixt que nous avons récupérée à l'aéroport de Cork. Le retrait de la voiture s'est bien passé, la voiture était très propre et en parfait état, le plein était fait. Le véhicule se trouvait sur un parking à côté de l'aéroport. Nous y sommes allés à pied. Nous avons pu nous faire expliquer les particularités du contrat par une personne parlant un peu français au guichet.Tout s'est bien passé lors de notre séjour avec ce véhicule. Nous avons restitué les clés 9 jours après sans aucun soucis, et sans aucun frais supplémentaires. Nous sommes très satisfaits de la prestation.

We were lucky to be first in line at the Dublin airport, otherwise we would have had to wait a long, long time. I'd recommend at least 2 at the service counter and have all the paperwork done ahead so one can just pick up the keys as with other agencies. Our only problem with the car was there was no backup camera and for foreigners in tight spaces, this would have been so helpful. Dropoff was quick and easy - just need better airport service and checkin.

I'm not sure why ratings are low....we had a 5 star experience. The car was great. The pick up and drop off were quick and easy (different locations). Cost was very fair. I would rent from here again
