I sincerely would recommend Sixth over and again if I have the opportunity to for one main reason, the customer service reception was second to none from pick up to drop off. I would love that experience again.

I do not recommend the sixt service mainly for two reasons; 1. Staff at the desk providing wrong information and forcing to take insurance cost lots of money 2. Advertising one car and renting another Here is my experience. I was interested to drive Jeep compas. So eventhough there were cars were avide for €45, i paid €80.12 (27th Nov) at booking.com to get Jeep Compas or similar and i only got RENAU ARKANA form sixt. And on top of that it casted me additional €46.48 as insurance which was not explained to me at the time of booking by booking.com or sixt. So on 28th Nov, I booked through DoYourSpin.com it showed the car Provider is FLIZZR. It was the same company Sixt. The same thing again booked for Jeep Compass or similar, got RENAU ARKANA. €121.10 paid for 3 days( which included premium insurance coverage of €31.35). And the staff at the counter said that is not Good insurance, Counter staff gave WRONG INFORMATION. They said I can just give a call to do your spin and they will refund the insurance amount. And they forced me to take insurance from Sixt and which cost me an additional €97.73 just for insurance.

Money for value, excellent support and customer handling team. All requests either one email or a call away.

Excellent service, quick paperwork, great clean cars, they upgraded, gave a car that was at the airport, easy customer service to reach, great customer service. And couldn’t bear the price.

We rented a car from malaga airport and the woman laura was great! She was so nice and efficient. She really helped us when we had been let down by another place.

Use SIXT ay Dublin Airport at least one a month with occasional use from Cork. The staff are always very helpful and try to match me with the best vehicle. I always book a VW but recently always find that the exact one I booked is not available but the Team always seem to find me a good replacement or sometimes upgrade. Cars always very clean, no problems with the drop off of vehicles. Special mention to Jadelle and this trip to Kristine at the vehicle pick up point who went out her way to find me another car when the one offered did not link up to android auto. Would always use SIXT.

Rented the car from Dublin airport. The Friendly staff made the whole experience a breeze. Explained everything in great detail and pricing was very competitive. Car was new and very clean inside and out. Car drop off was also very easy as one of the staff was waiting and ready to accommodate me with that. Very Professional and I will definitely be using their services the next time I’m back in Ireland.

My wife and I rented a vehicle from Sixt at the Dublin airport. Ana was your representative at the rental desk and truly went out of her way to assist us with the reservation and went so far as to recommend places to visit while in Ireland. The vehicle we received was smaller than I accustomed to but was clean and was much easier to park given its relatively small size. I’d gladly rent again from Sixt… hope the next service. counter person is as good as Ana was.

My experience was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The car was ready and clean at the arranged time. The staff were helpful and friendly, both before the rental when I phoned from Spain to clarify some issues, as well as in person when getting and returning the car. It was really great that staff were willing and available to confirm that the car had not been damaged when I returned it, rather than having to wait until after returning home to Spain. You always fear some kind of extra charge afterwards. I have used this service a few times and never had any trouble.

We had a good experiance with Sixt, no issues. This was our fourth time renting with them from Dublin Airport and so far so good. Cost of the vehicle was explained, car insurance in Ireland can be a little tricky for those not used to it. Added bonus was arriving on a 5am flight the car was in the terminal rather than having to bus it to the car rental offices. Car was clean and no hassle with it. No issues on return and hopped on a bus to the terminal straight away.

Good score but angry review. Experience was overall very good, especially in the getting and using of the car. The one thing that really annoyed me a lot is that the woman at the reception blatantly tried to scam us twice - and I'm not even sure it's her fault, because I can imagine what she did is company policy. First of all, she asked us if "by any chance" we wanted an upgrade of our car, "for only XX money", then a few minutes after we declined this *beach* told us "we don't have any more cars of your class so we're offering you a free upgrade. Shortly after that she asked us for our destination (it was a day trip) and then she made a quick *bullsheet* calculation and said "if you want you can pay here for refilling and given the mileage you're expected to do it would be a few euros cheaper to do it with us because mumble mumble". She said we could pay 90something euros on the spot and it would be cheaper than refilling ourselves. We declined, we did 1.5x the expected mileage, and we spent approximately half of the amount she mentioned for gas. Blatant lies and scamming attitude, and they aren't even the cheapest. The only reason I chose them is because they were the only company I could find that wasn't requesting a deposit of over 2k.

As always the car hire at Cork airport was simple, everything explained to us, we paid the insurance so was all covered and only had a small deposit to hold on the card unlike other car hires. Lovely clean car
