Partial shipments due to parts being out of stock when the website says they have many in stock. Poor customer service. Could only get a reply through Facebook messenger. No phone number. Won’t respond to emails. Just a poor experience. Buy the more established retailers

My EGR delete kit was missing some parts. The box got ripped open in shipping and 2 block off plate were lost. I contacted SPELAB and they returned with a message stating that they will replace the order. Great communication and thank you.

Radiator replacement Order two radiators from them for a 6.7 and upon delivery FedEx damaged my secondary radiator and Spe lab took it upon them selves and sent me a new one.
