Actually and truthfully I only received a refund. When I bought my truck I had already bought the parts for it 6 days before I got the truck. So I had the parts waiting they were beautiful ready to go on and I know it would have been awesome. But when I got the truck it already had the parts already on it. Two up pipes and a new downpipe. So they worked with me and gave me a refund. A very respectable trustful and honest company that I enjoyed doing business with. Thank you spelab.

Was missing some of my order. They are shipping it to me right away. Would rather talk to someone personally instead of email. Tried talking through chat but the person I was talking to started calling me names. After the 3rd message they finally told me I was talking to the wrong department.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a cutout valve for my car and after a while some rust showed up causing the motor to stop working. However, all i had to do was send an email explaining the situation with a picture of the damage and they sent a replacement under warranty with no questions asked. Everything with this company has been amazing. Highly recommend!

Ordered an EGR delete kit for my 2017 F-250 and haven’t got around to putting it on yet but it seems like a very high quality product with instructions and videos on how to install. It was delivered crazy fast so there was hardly any waiting. I still had a couple questions though so I reached out to customer service, they responded in a timely manner and were a huge help to answer my questions. I’d recommend Spelab to anybody.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen sent multiple emails about a return for a refund no reply only have 14 days seems like there stalling till my return time is over

We ordered value covers a week ago, with them saying they had over 10 in stock. Two days later they charged my card. However after a week of no communication I finally reached out to them only to be told they were on backorder till March. So they lied about stock, took my money, and decided to just not say anything. Shady company.

I purchased the EGR delete kit for my 2019 F250 6.7. The kit is super nice and well made. I am about to purchase the CCV catch can/delete/reroute and plan to continue doing business in the future! Great products. Keep them coming!

My egr kit was missing a plate and after emailing, they sent an entire new kit no questions asked within a week since the first delivery. Great customer service!

I have not received any communication from any of there online sources.Facebook, email, or their chatbot support. I ordered an intercooler on the 1/20/2024 with express shipping. The tracking information says there was a shipping label created on the 23rd. With no updates since. This is my only vehicle, and I can not get to work.I need to know when it will arrive so I can extend my leave of absence.
