Had an issue with my cut outs that was something in the manufacture not sure, but I contacted spelab and without any hassle, they fix the problem and shipped out the new parts right away great customer service and I will definitely be going back to them to do bar business

Excellent company, received several great parts from them. Second time around I received a faulty part and they responded on a Saturday and Sunday letting me know they would ship out the replacement part immediately with a tracking number.

Purchased a ccv delete. It was shipped and delivered very quickly however had some mismatched parts in the kit. SPELAB was quick to respond to my email and made it right by sending me a new kit. Great customer service. Would recommend SPELAB.

I ordered a egr delete kit in blue , which was backordered. They sent me a black one so I wasnt waiting on backorder. They also offered a discount due to the backorder. I. Sent them a email stating that I wanted the blue one anyway. They got it sent out quickly. This is a absolutely great company with awesome customer service

DO NOT ORDER FROM SPELAB!!!!! Got an egr kit that worked fine but I also got up pipes and a downpipe from them, that didn’t even fit! I returned them in early April and just now got my money back in the middle of may. Emailed spelab because tracking updates said package was “lost” and they proceeded to tell me “we never received the package” Called usps, turns out spelabs does something on purpose to mess up the tracking, and have a big crate full of returned items just sitting outside. Terrible company Edit - classic poor company arguing with their customers. USPS literally sent someone over to your building (because they constantly get calls about spelab) and found the crate full of “missing” returns.

No fault of the company FedEx deliver a box ripped in half with half of the parts not in the box for my egr delete kit. One email and they sent it out again and received it today! Thank you for your quick response!
