First off I got the product, 3" exhaust cutouts, quickly and was impressed as to their quality... Had a problem with one and SPELAB Customer Service was great... Followed through until my issue was resolved... They don't sell and run... Keep up the good work SPELAB!!!

The cutouts made my muscle car sound meaner than it already already sounds. I highly recommend these cutouts.

I ordered the egr and dpf kits for a 6.7 power stroke from spelab. The egr kit showed up in a couple days and worked exactly as described. The dpf kit was lost or incorrectly delivered by fedex. After talking to fedex directly and getting no help, i reached out to spelab. Spelab first reached out to FedEx to try to understand what went wrong and when they couldn’t find a resolution to the problem they immediately sent a new kit to me. Their customer service is top notch and the build quality on their products is better than their prices would indicate. Spelab has a new customer for life for anything they sell that i can make use of. Thanks guys

Very easy install great material works perfect love the sound and how easy it is to push a button to open the cut out.

I had ordered headers for my jeepto replace the shorty headers that broke along the weld at the collector. The headers that I ordered were long tube headers and didn't end up working for my situation but SPELAB stood by their product and their word. I was contacted by one of SPELABS employees and within 24hours I had all the information needed along with a game plan to fix the problem at hand. I sent the long tube headers to the address advised and I was given a refund for the difference in price from the long tube headers and the shorty headers. I was very impressed with not only the customer service I received but the quality of the products were amazing. I would recommend SPELAB to anyone in the future and I know that I will use them for any projects I have in the futurew.

I purchased the dual electric cutouts from spelab and have been very happy with the products. 2 yrs later after the install to my daily driver, driving in all kinds of weather, and my truck being about 4 inches off the ground, they are still going strong with no complaints. Was initially hesitate to purchase the dual electric cutouts for my porsche from Spelab. But after communicating with the company and being offered a military discount I pulled the trigger. Well long story short I had issues with the motors working initially then they worked and out of no where they stopped. I had them installed for 2 years in the northeast weather and they held up well besides the issue I was having with the motors. Well after communicating with Spelab they went above and beyond are now sending me 2 new motors after 2 years I purchased them. Overall I am very pleased with their product and I understand sometimes faulty products happen and Spelab did the right thing and replaced them with no issues even after the warranty. Definitely recommend business with Spelab. Also to note their products are showing no rust or any visual issues after driving with them installed in the winter months and rainy months of the northeast of the United States.

I had an electric exhaust cutout that I purchased from this company. I installed it but it stopped working after 2 months so I emailed them about it and they were willing to work with me. So they’re sending out a replacement which is awesome! Great customer service!
