Excellent customer service and prompt communication. A specific color selection of a part was out and instant coordination was received after my order. I would also add that they made an accommodation for me that I did not request and that they did not need to do. An excellent way to make a repeat customer.

Very good customer service and quick response to questions. Update 9-15-23. parts arrived in good condition. Pipe required cutting to fit truck, but that was expected and not an issue for me. It is a one size fits all exhaust. It takes a bit of consideration to make all the dimensions work, but that is okay because it was cheaper kit than others, but still good quality materials.

i have been waiting for my order and have tried to contact them through email and phone never got a response, And i have paid for express shipping and everything there customer service is terrible and i believe its a scam i have lost $200 plus dollars from them.Dont buy from this website unless u want to lose money ..

We bought a Spelab 2.5” remote electric exhaust cutout kit for my son’s 2016 Ford F-150 and we couldn’t be happier with it. He is very picky about his truck and wanted something with the right sound, but my husband and I wanted to make sure the truck wasn’t so loud that the neighbors complained. My son did a lot of online research and decided on this Spelab kit. With the press of a button on the remote, the exhaust goes from throaty and loud to quiet when he enters the neighborhood. I recently came across Spelab after purchasing a Ram 2500 6.7 diesel. My first purchase was a difficult one since I was unsure of what the correct part was for what I was wanting to accomplish. Although a mistake was made in my order, Spelab wasted no time in correcting my problem and there customer service rep found the problem made the correction on my behalf and shipped the correct part to me within 24 hours, you don’t get that type of customer care anywhere else. Spelab will remain my go to parts house for all I do to upcoming diesel “delete” rebuild.

Bought headers for my is300. Whoever though of getting a set, Don't. You'll waste your time trying to line this cheap Chinese crap up. It's resold chinese crap. The flanges don't even line up even with eachother so they won't line up on the block, spent all day trying to get them to fit, they don't clear the engine mount. Do not buy.

I ordered a ccv reroute from them I received the wrong parts they sent me a cheaper kit then what i ordered and am unable to get ahold of them I paid 230 dollars and got a 130 doller kit it did not come with all the parts not very happy no response though the email and never did it say I would receive it separately no email no nothing indicating this
