United States | 26 December 2024Ordered a full delete kit as advertised with tuner received pretty quickly, but tuner was not in box when I emailed spelab I was told the tuner was out of stock, and I was told once the tuner was in stock. It was a blank tuner with no tunes in it. This was not clearly stated when I ordered the kit then I was told to go to another website to order my tuner once checking found out that a tuner was another $700. I feel like this kit is fraud the advertisement as a full kit with everything needed to delete your truck, including a tuner and now once I’ve paid their price, I’m told it does not now I’m told I can ship all that stuff back probably at my cost to get a refund, not sure if I even believe that I’m stuck with a kit that I cannot install on my truck because without a tuner and the kit is no good I feel like they know this and they got you over a barrel buyer beware would not purchase anything from Spelab

United States | 14 December 2024Spelabs customer service, pricing, and fast shipping were awesome. I ordered the minimax v1 tuner dpf egr and exhaust kit for my 2008.6.7 cummins. Fast shipping, easy install and setup. Went from 14.8 mpg average to 20 mpg.+ now my truck runs so much better, wished that I would have done this 8 years ago before I sooted up and ruined a $3500 dollar turbo.

It’s ridiculous. Spend that kind of money and can’t talk to someone but a automated message system what a joke

I needed a recommendation on what electric cutout kit to buy based on their experience and sales history on S197 Mustang's. Wanted to make sure I got it correct to ensure not having to return it and going through the hastle associated with getting the wrong kit. Anyway I finally received a response and it was chocked full of helpful information. Here is their response verbatim SPELAB Tue, Nov 26, 9:16 PM (8 hours ago) You just need to buy it in the size you need. I don't believe my request for help was unreasonable at all. Needless to say I will NOT be buying from them. I will move on to another company that will help me. Perhaps your experience with them might be different than mine...GOOD LUCK.

SPELAB customer support doesn’t address any of my questions or provide the assistance I need. DO NOT expect to receive any customer support from SPELAB's customer service. Customers purchasing technical products should have access to high-quality support, and the lack of a direct customer service number for real-time troubleshooting with a knowledgeable representative is incredibly frustrating. Instead, customers are limited to receiving an email response once every 24 hours, which feels insufficient and unhelpful. Due to this experience, I will not be making any further purchases from SPELAB. Seems like another cheap china company.

United States | 21 November 2024I had a problem with one of my plates not sealing up and blowing out gaskets. Found out the plate was warped a little bit. I Emailed them and they sent me a whole new kit next day for free no questions asked other than they wanted pictures. Awesome experience

United States | 20 November 2024Ordered EGR/Valve delete for 5th gen Cummins. The fitment of the collar for the coolant line was wrong (it would fit 4th gen). I understand these things happen. What brings me to this review is the support. Horrible. No phone number. I’ve sent two emails over 48 hours with no response. Only correspondence has been through chat on their site and their response was for me to send photos of the entire kit laid out so that they could find out which department made the mistake… Which does exactly nothing on my end to fix the problem. Very bad support after the sale. Will not buy from them again. *Update After Their Response They responded to my review and said they don’t have my emails, that I should check to make sure they went to the right place. - I filled out the “contact us” form on their site more than once. So I know I didn’t send it to the wrong place. I have sent 16 (I went back and counted) messages on the chat on the site and finally got a reply by them telling me I purchased the wrong product - they then sent me a screenshot of something I didn’t buy. I bought “SPELAB for 13-24 Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Diesel EGR Plate Cooler & Throttle Valve Delete Kit” - my truck is 2021 Pressing the blame on the client, on a review platform, rather than addressing the problem. Again, bad customer service. I’m pissed.

United States | 08 November 2024Started thinking about doing a delete so I did some research and ended up purchasing a programmer and then later on when my DPF became completely clogged I got an exhaust delete from Spelab. When I received the box I noticed it was packed loosely in a Fedex box which struck me as odd, so when I opened the box and there were parts missing I wasn’t completely surprised. I contacted spelab and they sent me an entire new exhaust! Pretty amazing and they got it to me in less than 5 days. Impressive customer service and support.

United States | 07 November 2024We ordered the complete kit for the 2018 duramax, the hptuner mpvi3 device was not included nor was the canbus kit. Their communication sucks, must be done thru emails and not over the telephone to get support, so you get to wait for them to reply, meanwhile you are dead in the water until they reply. I do not recommend this company at all.

Then they will be extremely difficult to get ahold of with no phone number and a 5:30am email if. If you are lucky. I was left with broken parts and for 4 days before I had to go to another company to get the correct part. No help fixing the issue from SPELAB solving the issue at hand to get my truck the correct part. Thanks for nothing
