Thanks to an online review posted on YouTube I discovered Spelab, I'm now able to have an electric cutout with wireless remote at an affordable price without compromise. I had a problem with the shipper destroying the box but Spelab IMMEDIATELY corrected it, don't hesitate...buy from these guys with confidence.

This exhaust cutoff valve worked great for the first week, and then stopped working suddenly. I reached out to SPELAB and they are sending me free replacement parts, so we are happy with their service.

Ok they are amazing quality based off of what my local exhaust installer said about them. He wired and installed them and they work amazingly! I love a loud car but when I’m near the house I’d like them quiet. I get the best of both worlds with these.

I ordered up pipes for my 05 duramax and when I received the quality was top notch. The only problem I did have was the hardware sent was incorrect, I reached out to spelab about the issue and they responded with a partial refund to make up for the incorrect hardware and was told they will be correcting issue at factory. Not many companies still have good customer service like that.

This is a dishonest company I asked them to please cancel the order on 9-28-23 within 30 minutes of ordering they replied do we need to cancel i said yes and instead they sent the products out anyway on 10-5-23 and I found out all they would have had to do is cancel and it would have come back to them and they could have refunded me then on Oct 5th so when I received the 3 different packages i refused return to sender i canceled the order now a month almost since I canceled it I am trying to get a refund still and they say I will have to receive the packages again and return them before I can get a refund i don't think they intend of giving me a refund at all almost 1400 dollars it's a game and I think I been robbed don't order from them you can't talk to a live person and they don't have good service and I think they are trying to steal 1400 from me no i canceled the order within 30 minutes of ordering do not lie and say it had already left the wearhouse it had not

Not a good experience placed my order received my order in a damaged retapped black box which when I opened it had missing items what a shock I have emailed company several times with absolutely no response. What kind of customer service is that no phone number no other way to contact this company. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again!!

Exceptional quality. Exceptional communication. The good.. Only 10 day shipping from China. Billet CNC'd quality. Price point. The bad... Upon delivery item was packaged with missing items. (Gasket/coil pack spacers) The exceptional... After contacting SPELAB and notifying them of missing pieces. Followed up with photos of delivered items. SPELAB took full ownership of lack of QC and immediately shipped out missing items. We can't get this part right in the States. I commend SPELAB on their communication and their business ethic. This might come across as an ad for them. And I guess it is..but i'm just a guy from Northwest Missouri who appreciates how my interactions have been with SPELAB. And honestly, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

You have several websites to choose from when you order performance products for your diesel truck. I choose SPELAB. The reason was the price and the quality of the machined parts. The only issue I had was on the delay shipping of the tuner I purchased. It had more to do with the shipping company than SPELAB. Because of the delay they refunded me $300.00 and gave me two T-shirts. They put the customer first. The delay is why I gave them 4 stars, but again they made good on that.
