I used this device approximately twice per week and it stopped working less than 4 weeks after I received it. I put in a new battery, but it still did not work. I have sent 3 e-mails & requested a refund or replacement (maybe I just got a bad one). They keep responding by email "try changing the battery".

I noticed the results after two months. I had dark spots on my forehead which now are gone. Not faded.. gone. Originally, I bought the device for my acné and it helped me a lot with it. The thing that still does not really convince me is the gel that comes with the device. It feels kind of sticky after a while. I have the before and after pictures and you can really see the difference. Yesterday I bought another one for my friend.

Great company. Delivered LED mask quickly and the project is great quality. I've been using for 2 weeks now and can see a difference.

I have been using the mask for almost 4 weeks now and I've not seen any changes. Also the light is too bright that it gives me a headache. would be better if the space for the eye came with tinted lenses to block out the light

Staff very helpful and courteous. They have good knowledge about the items they sell. I had to go to the warehouse to purchase and collect. If the local number was provided to contact so the items could have been delivered to my doorstep, would have been better.

Ordering from here is no problem at all. I’ve ordered a couple of items on separate occasions and have received my orders well packaged and with tracking. I’m a happy customer. :)

Update: Did get the mask and my mom liked it so I will give it 2 stars. Still, it's just as important to have prompt service in my opinion. Ordered a led mask on Dec 14th and received nothing other than the initial confirmation email. Finally emailed them (phones went to vmail) on 21st, again on the 22nd and finally got a reply on the 23rd that it takes about 3 days to ship. I replied it's already been 10 days and on the 24th got a response to let them know if I still don't receive a tracking by the 26th. Waited all day 26th, got no shipping so I emailed again and was sent a tracking the next day. Since then the tracking has not been updated and still shows as "received shipping". Meanwhile they charged me so quickly on Dec 15th. Will be waiting a few more days then filing a dispute. To their credit, someone named Patrick Lee replied on average in about 24-48 hours but I'm not waiting around any longer.

I appreciated the way that they help me to solved any problems and they responded right away any my concerned.
