Patrick is one of the best customer service representatives I've worked with. Emails are always polite and friendly with a detailed explanation addressing my questions. The quality of the products we purchase is evident and very reasonably priced.

I have seen amazing results with this product, and I use it daily - alternating the colours. If there is one thing I would improve, however, it's the design. The side panels are simply not wide enough and therefore do not extend fully to treat the far sides of my cheeks near the hairline. And because the closer you sit to the panels the more effective the treatment is, this design flaw doesn't allow for maximum coverage. Other than that though the results are clearly evident. Hopefully they will improve the design in the future. Perhaps their LED mask would be a better fit.

I bought the led 3 light facial mask and high fequency equipment. Shipment arrived within 2 working to Singapore. I am very pleased with these 2 products. I have deep laughing lines and sagging skin. I hope to remove the wrinkles and lift my face to pump up my cheek. Can seller recommend a salon type of equipment that is used at home and achieve the same results as salon treatment?
