New Zealand | 27 March 2021I ordered two Versace Lamps, (1x table top and 1x floor). These were ordered July 2020, the table top lamp arrived February 2nd 2021 and Floor Lamp February 19th. I realise with Covid-19 there are delays but this isn't all! I spent $3,710.60 on freight and the Floor Lamp came damaged and I can't even use it, will need to be repaired, so have sent a message back to Grayson Living, same day but still today have not had a reply to when my part will arrive so I can pay someone else to fix. No fitting, No compensation, Not a great experience on $7,000 worth of product 😡

United States | 27 March 2021One of my he latches on the decorative storage box was bent, probably during manufacture. Does not latch properly. Poor quality control. Not worth the hassle to return. Will be more cautious with respect to future purchases. Otherwise the product is as advertised.

United States | 21 March 2021I have been shopping online and in-person for almost a month and always ended up frustrated with misinformation about items being in stock or promises that I will get the item in 3-4 months. Then I found Grayson, who has a quicker turnaround because they keep things in stock or on order already. They also have "white glove" delivery to get heavy items in place and assemble them for me. The $200 is well worth it, and their 10-15% discount along with not having to pay tax saved me much more than $200! Theresa was so wonderful with my reclining chair order, I finally had the sense to go back to Grayson and order the dining chairs and leather office chair. This time I had Darren and found him to be polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you Darren and Theresa!

For roughly the past year, I’ve been saving up to replace my mom’s banged up, 30-year-old bedroom furniture. My mom and I found a very nice bedroom set that, out of all places, was the cheapest at a small store in Beverly Hills by the name of Grayson Living (then called Grayson Luxury). I’ve spent virtually every day planning (more like day-dreaming) how it would all go down. Needless to say, this meant a lot to me. About one week ago, I reached out to Grayson to ask a few questions about the pieces I planned to order. I didn’t actually ask the questions yet (I had about seven or so), but I did list the product SKUs for their reference. Within the same day, Monica reached out to me with specifics on each piece of furniture: their availability, estimated ship dates, and estimated delivery dates. One of the items ended up being discontinued. So Monica, without me asking (remember, all this information was in her initial response), reached out to the manufacturer of the discontinued item to find out that there were only two left available at their warehouse. Within one e-mail, she answered five questions I hadn’t yet asked. Anyone reading this who’s in a leadership position knows the value in that. We exchanged a few more e-mails throughout the week since I came up with a few more questions. Monica more than answered all of them, even going so far as to research product alternatives to the one that was discontinued — by the time I decided to pull the trigger on the order, the last two pieces sold. Monica was not only incredibly kind and helpful, but refreshingly human and caring. She understood how much this order meant to both myself and my mom and she took it upon herself to make sure that any and all of my questions and concerns were laid to rest. It’s a true pleasure to know a natural born leader like Monica. She’s helped make my day dreams come true.

I have a lot of experience navigating the world of e-tailing so when you come across a true gem of a company that goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience a good one, it is worth taking a few minutes of time to shout out their excellence to the world. Grayson is not only superior in the wide range of furniture they offer (wow, what an awesome selection of home furnishings they have) but their prices are the BEST. Unbeatable!!! United States | 12 March 2021Spent a lot of time going over their items in various categories on their website before finally settling on two items that would work for my needs. Ordered them, my card was charged then and got an email to say neither were in stock and one would be on backorder for almost 6 months. Grayson doesn't appear to have the ability to know if an item they are offering is even in stock so buyers should be aware of that before investing time into browsing their site. Having said that, their customer service staff were quite responsive and helpful in getting my questions answered.
