United Kingdom | 19 August 2019Purchased my Fuze eScooter back in May to only have just recieved it 3 months later in August. On receipt of the scooter the alarm was going off & after assembling the product with excitement in riding it shortly after charging, I noticed the back tyre was flat! Due to poor design I was unable to pump it back up & the instructions only notified me "Not to ride when a flat tyre is discovered"...after a long wait I never got to ride it. Looking forward to recieving my refund in a timely fashion as my experience to date has been horrendeous.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2019The bike is fantastic, so light with great power for steep hills. The bike receives a 5 rating. However, i've had 2 problems with the battery charging socket falling inside. This appears to be a design fault. The battery receives a rating of 1 star.

United Kingdom | 16 August 2019I'm still waiting on delivery of the Fuze scooter. Ordered and paid £600 on 21st April 2019 and still haven't received (16th August). Think before you order one, check how long it will take for delivery. I've always had to email them for updates and have always been told an estimated date, which changes with every reply. I'm not disputing the item is of good quality according to other reviews but the length of time I'm having to wait is ridiculous.

United Kingdom | 14 August 2019I bought this bike after much research into folding, electric bikes and am not disappointed. I am a female novice rider who wanted a light bike which I could put into the boot of the car and I can confirm that it ticks this box nicely. One or two minor points for the company to consider would be some sort of locking system to keep the front and back wheel together, when folded, eg magnets. Also a rubber cap for the metal hub/wheel nut to stop it scratching the front fork when folded. I bought the Furo X Max with the bigger motor as I live amongst steep hills and I have to say that it flies up them with no difficulty whatsoever. The ride is firm and I will be changing the seat for a more comfortable one! The lights/indicators on the back of the bike were not working when I bought the bike, but the bike shop, Fred Williams, kindly gave me another set of lights to replace them. The back light is blue toothed to the control on the front handle, but I can't get them to connect. I've had the bike for a week, and am generally very happy with it. What makes it particularly special for me is it's light weight and powerful motor.

United Kingdom | 04 August 2019I ordered 2 bikes from Furo using some redundancy money. Our bikes arrived and some wheel reflectors were missing which Furo replaced promptly. They were also good at responding to my questions. One of our bikes developed a creaking noise in the headset and also had too much movement in it compared to the other bike. Furo said the noise was due to the combination of carbon fibre and steel. They refused to replace the bike for me but said I could have a repair carried out which they would pay for. The repair was done and fixed the issues but I’ll never feel completely confident in or happy with that bike. I’m disappointed that Furo wouldn’t replace the bike considering their excellent reputation for customer service. Also, it would have been in their best interests to take the bike back for inspection to avoid issues with other headsets. I’m left feeling lukewarm about Furo as a company but love the bikes!

Toutefois, il y a une chose qui me dérange un peu : j'ai remarqué que les câbles de freins et du petit terminal situés à l'avant du vélo se coincent et s’abîment trop facilement dans la pliure du guidon lorsque je plie le vélo ou le déplie.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2019Firstly, this bike is great. I've got the Furo X Max, and I absolutely love it. It's transformed my commute, saved me time, reduced travel stress and given me some exercise. I feel like it's made a positive impact on my life. So if it's having such a transformative impact, why have I only given it four stars? Well, the simple answer is, I think it could be much better with a little bit of refinement. A few examples - 1 - The catch that locks the handlebars in the upright position could be more robust. The spring in mine popped out in the first week and I had to replace it. Not a major issue, but it could be a more solid design. 2 - When the handlebars fold down they rest against the body of the bike, It's clearly rubbing and I suspect that after a couple of months it will damage the finish. 3 - The back light is very dim and the indicators are claver but pointless. A more substantial rear light, would be much better and get rid of the indicators. 4 - I feel that it could fold up more elegantly. Sometimes I get into a bit of a tussle when unfolding as one of the peddles has got in a tangle with the handlebars. Overall, these are minor gripes that will undoubtably be resolved in the next iteration of the product.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2019Came with a Noise in the front brake. Higher gear doesn’t follow speed 5. Light, easy to manoeuvre. Visually fantastic. Handlebars little loose. Easy to adjust.

United Kingdom | 01 August 2019I am delighted with my bike. it seems easy to ride, stable and comfortable. It has given me a new lease of cycling life and takes the pain away from even long. steep hills - of which there are many in this area. I have not had it long so I can't say how durable it will prove. I live in hilly terrain and guess that my range would be in the mid thirties but probably further in flatter landscapes. It might help if more advice/instruction were given about how to ride an electric bike but it does seem to be fairly intuative.
