I ordered my bike on a Thursday & had it on Monday morning! What a great bike. I had to take it to Evans to untangle the chain and they were very impressed too. I recommend anyone to get one.

I really like this bike - Furo X. It arrived on Friday last week, 5 days after I ordered it. They use UPS which doesn't have a particularly helpful tracking system, so you don't know what time it will arrive. Anyway, it was easy to put the pedals on and charge up the battery. However, when I switched the display on nothing happened. I called them on Saturday but no response and had to wait till Monday until I could speak to them. Turned out that the cable connecting the computer/display had come apart from the cable that connects to the battery. After carefully re-connecting it, everything worked fine. Might have been helpful if they put this on their FAQ page as something to check. Also, strangely, they ship the bike with the tyres quite soft - so you need to pump them up before riding it. The bike rides well, although I find the saddle quite hard. I am 6'2" and the seat goes up high enough for it to be comfortable for me. Also, I find that when folded up there is nothing that keeps it folded together and there's a tendency for it to come apart. When it did this on the first day it fell apart and broke the bell on the handlebar! It doesn't feel quite as light as I was expecting - although I haven't been able to weigh it. I think the battery and bike rack probably add a bit of weight. I haven't had a long ride yet but it feels like it will be easy to ride. The power feels strong and should get me up most hills easily. Looking forward to using it more. I'd recommend it- or checkout Flit on Kickstarter, as an alternative option.

What a scooter, phenomenal!! Placed the order back in April and received it Friday 12th July 2019. Over this time the communication was consistent with updates. Well worth the wait. Used it for the first time Sunday, and can’t fault it in any way. Lovely smooth ride, and the build quality feels exceptional. It flys along in any one of its 3 gears effortlessly. It is quite heavy at 17kg, but still manageable for me.

Like most, I had the usual concerns of buying a reasonably expensive bike online. But I shouldn’t have worried. I now have a fantastic Sierra, backed up with excellent customer service from a trusted company. Thanks guys!

I got my Fuze electric scooter 2 days ago, I had the famous Xiami 360 before (stolen) and I wanted 3 months for the Fuze to be delivered but it was worth the wait. top speed in real life - 43Km/H 3 speed levels: 1- boris bike speed 2- the back of the fast cyclists group 3- see you all in the next traffic light :) Battery - my 20 min commute to work almost didnt move the needle, so it looks good. Suspension - great, in general you feel like you are on a real vehicle, really stable on the road. Weight - its a much heavier than the xiaomi. so if you have a lot of stairs or need something to put in the trunk of your car go for the xiaomi

Outstanding customer response and service. Bike is easy to fold and to ride. Electric option works well. Less expensive than a Brompton with better features.

Waited over three months to get this bike .. despite many promises towards the end that it would delivered the next week. But the bike is great. Hadn't ridden a bike in years and never owned an electric bike - so I wondered whether I would use it. Needed to change the saddle for a comfy one but I now whizzing round all over the place and spending lots of time thinking where I could go on it. . Love it .. Easy to pedal with engine off .. And cycling into the wind and up hill a doodle … Engine very smooth and easy to use... I wonder when the main cycle mags are going to review it .. certainly could do with more wider spread publicity -

I think a company is best judged by how it responds when things go wrong. When the battery on my Furo FX failed I emailed Furo Systems. I got an immediate reply which included a pre paid UPS label for me to return the battery. I was promised either a repair or a replacement. In five working days a new battery arrived. How's that for impeccable service. Thank you Furo.

Excellent folding bike, light weight wit a good range

Best e-bike I have ever owned.Straight out of box and ready to go,all perfect,no adjustments required.Smooth,slick ride with pedal assist.Easy to fold and load in car,I am 73,and carbon fibre frame makes it an easy lift.Highly recommended,well worth money and delivery wait.5 stars.

Despite issues with the computer, and the locking mechanism, the guys sorted out the problems and I am pleased with the bike. I would certainly recommend it and I know if I have any future problems, then the guys will resolve any problems with the bike.

I am very happy with my Furo FX,It is very light and sporty looking. Has a good turne of speed,very easy to fold up and compact. Yes I would recommend this electric folding bike to eneyone.

Although more expensive than I was planning to pay for a folding eBike, I fell in love with the aesthetics of this bike and I am glad to say I have definitely not regretted my purchase! It is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is fantastic right down to the gorgeous aluminium chain guard and tear drop cross section seat post. The bike weighs in at a very svelte 15kgs which makes it easy enough to ride with the motor off but with full pedal assist, riding it is a dream! Headwinds? No problem! Up hill? Don’t care! I had toyed with getting a full suspension model but the increased weight would reduce range and I have taken this beauty on some gravel tracks with no problem. This bike has unleashed a renewed enjoyment for cycling. I can throw it in the boot and take it somewhere fun ride without having to ride all the way there and when I get there, there’s no busting my lungs over a hill climb! Just let that cool little electric motor take up the slack. I cannot comment as to FuroSystems customer support as I haven’t had need to contact them but their product is a thing of great beauty!

I was extremely pleased with manoeuvrability and stable ride, not only with electrical power, but also without, that allows you to ride at a brisk pace, whilst saving power! It was also good to receive accessories. I have folded it to fit into a boot, which was no problem and found I had plenty of reserve power after a 25km ride! A two point adaptor was a welcome additional accessory.

I had to write because This Bike is Overwhelmingly the most fun ever, and i had my doubts when there was a delay in delivery. Eliott was very helpful and reassuring after I had seen a couple of bad reviews on line I contacted him. The bike is the most amazing machine ive seen or used I had a step through electric bike a few years ago The shift from effortless uphill to using my own muscles feels like a perfect transition I love that the effort of the ride will always be up to me. We are moving to an area full of extreme hills by the sea and this bike will eat them. It looks so beautiful too and folds brilliantly Thankyou for producing such an excellent bike
