FuroSystems is an outstanding company. They were very responsive to my queries before I made my purchase (I did a lot of homework before deciding to buy an electric foldable bike), and kept me fully informed of progress with delivery (which was delayed due to some Brexit related issues beyond the control of the company). The bike itself (Furo X) is simply superb, brilliant to ride and brilliant to look at. A real head turner that puts a smile on my face every time I ride it. Hard to persuade my 11 year old son that he needs to ride his own bike! I have enjoyed discussing my thoughts about the bike since I took delivery of it with the Founder /CEO of the company directly. Strongly recommended company.

By friction I mean traction, the bike has not arrived in stated timescales. Twice. Strangely however the same model was reviewed by someone a couple of weeks after I placed my order on their website emblazoned with (in red) fast delivery. There are other brand name versions of the same uniquely designed bike, same cost 7 day delivery by UPS, no mudguards or fancy lights. However there is also yet another company, not Ali Express, who have their bike available in a few days especially if you pay another fiver. I've grown a bit more upset writing this, it's down to one star, emails from the "CEO" attempting to caress an ego that doesn't exist (Buddhist) and inviting me to take a refund....Twice for a bike that is by way of Brexit more expensive now, though who knows where that situation stands now. As far as I'm concerned is extremely rude and unacceptable behaviour especially when carbon (pun intended) copies and replicas are freely available whilst these emails are being drafted. I have my suspicions as to why this is happening. I'd like it to stop, but not by the refund route. I'm missing out on life and not getting any younger, tick tock.

Outstanding bike, communication, support, and customer assistance. Having once been part of a cycling team at uni, and having also been a triathlete, I researched getting a new e-bike for my commute, extensively. I believe this is the best value for money bike out there, with loads of innovative features, like their blinkers, material of the frame, easy to remove battery, which locks in place etc. From the fold-up pedals to the easy to latch other bits, opening and closing this is easy, with high quality components that seem sure to last. When I had some questions/concerns upon receiving the bike, the communications and support were impeccable. Well done Furo, wishing you all great successes going forward. I for one, will be recommending this highly to all who might have an interest.

Amazing ride and the promise that I would be able to get up any hill, I’m sure will be fulfilled! Communication with the company through Eliott was excellent. All emails were promptly responded to. The bike was delivered quickly and was extremely well packed and with good paper instructions. I am looking forward to years of cycling enjoyment after being unable to ride for so long. I have not owned a bike for fifty years, so I undertook extensive research and tested a number of ebikes. Following this I met Elliot, the designer of the FuroSystem FX, at the Albert Memorial in London, who brought one for me to test ride. I ordered the next day. Having now ridden the bike for over a week I have found the bike has exceeded my expectations. It seems to have great battery life, folds easily, and perfectly fits into my car boot ( a Golf ). Cycling up the rather steep Harrow Hill to my gym was a real buzz, the added power of the battery making this an easy ride. Elliot has given superb support throughout and after the purchase.

Very pleased with FX, range good, powerful on hills, easy to fit in the boot of the car. Lightness enables bike to be ridden with little or no assistance on the flat. A couple of teething issues but sorted out quickly by Eliott, great service. Overall good value for money

Fantastic service, after service, and followup. The bike is great quality and light. It replaces my MATE ebike which was a disaster and that company was appalling to deal with. Furosystems have restored my faith in ebike startups.

Totally addicted to my Furo Fx bike! I've been biking for one year with another electric bike and just switched for the Furo FX- a substantial difference!! The FX is very light which gives you an ideal driving and allows you to transport it very easily around the city. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for their next electric one.

I bought the folding electric bicycle, and I love it. It is extremely easy to fold and weighs about 15kg. When assembled it feels like a normal bicycle and it goes like a dream. What a fantastic product. I now cycle everywhere without much effort.

The CEO answered my questions about the bike very promptly. After ordering the bike, it arrived within a few days and worked perfectly. I had a few other queries (about recharging the lights, etc,) and replies were received immediately. I am fully satisfied.
