Total scam! I signed up for what I thought was 1 course at a reduced rate. Turns out it was a subscription. The service itself is terribly dubbed and doesn't provide real value. They charged me for 3 additional months and would only refund 1 month. They are scammers counting on folks biting on the reduced rate and not consenting or realizing it's a subscription. Update: I have received a refund for the 3 months I was charged.

I didn’t check reviews about this company before subscribing which was a mistake. Money taken despite repeated unsubscribe requests. Have cancelled via PayPal and reported the company to them. Updated review-I have now been told I will receive a refund which I am pleased about.

This is absolutely a scam. I took the three month package and now have somehow continuously been charged, despite determining early on that the content was absolutely awful, terribly dubbed and of very little use. They will not cancel so I've logged a case with my bank. Do not engage!

I went to their web site and now they think they can charge me monthly. They are crazy. If I do not hear back from them in the next couple of days I will reverse the charges. What a rip off!!

THIRD FOLLOW UP: Oct 3, 2023. Doggy-plan responded with a reply that implies that the problems with this company stem from my misunderstanding of monthly payment terms. This is a false assertion on their part. I initially paid for several months of online dog training service, and never entered the automatic subscription renewal period. I simply didn't receive confirmation of online purchase or the customized plan for training my dog email, which caused me to cancel and request a Satisfaction Guarantee refund. SECOND FOLLOW UP: Oct 2, 2023. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund notice that Gentenox Enterprises Limited (the company that showed up on the billing) issued a $46.39 USD refund through PayPal. I will reward the company with 2 stars for having reluctantly honored their guarantee. FOLLOW UP: Today, October 2, 2023, I received a message from "Emma" of Doggy-Plan Support Team, that I can expect a prorated refund of $46.39 in 5-7 days. This concession came after 5 attempted renegotiations of the Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you, also, decide that you made a mistake in subscribing to this service, be prepared to experience emotional manipulation (We thought you wanted to deepen your relationship with your furry friend.) and compromise {You can KEEP your subscription with a 50% refund of your payment.} I will issue a subsequent update in 7 days, which is the longest period I am told to expect before receiving my refund. I didn't receive the promised confirmation email after subscribing OR the email that was supposed to profile a training program tailored for my dog. However, I WAS billed for the amount in full. I just requested a refund and cancellation for nonperformance. I'll return with a report about how well they perform on the Money-back Satisfaction Guarantee part of their advertising.

They do not allow you to cancel, even after only 4 days. They do not respond to email, even repeated emails. They do not refund, even though it is clearly stated that they do. They continue to charge you. This is a money making grab. The plan is not suitable for my dog, my dog is not hunger or food driven. 09/27/2023 UPDATE: Doggy Plan has responded and refunded the subscription charge for which I am very grateful. here is the info I did not have; to get a response, you need to communicate with their support team, and they will respond and actually act on your complaint. The doggy plan training is still not suitable for my dog, it may be good for you though.

Scam. As others have mentioned, they basically do not allow you to cancel. I have now gone back and forth with them four times trying to cancel and they will not confirm. Rather they just make additional offers. The introduction video was badly dubbed and said here are the guidelines, but guidelines don't really work... What a waste.

I was quite taken with the advertising and decided to take a closer look on their website. All looked good and they offered a 1 month plan, 3 month plan or 6 month plan. One month more than enough for basic puppy training so I signed up. The videos are APPALLING. Very, very long and dubbed into English which is very off putting. Found it very difficult to scan through and find the relevant information so was pleased I had only paid for one month. Imagine my surprise when a month later £49.99 was taken from my PayPal account. AT NO TIME EVER WAS THERE ANY INDICATION THIS WAS AN ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION. AVOID AVOID AVOID Put a complaint through PayPal and have received a refund and also an email from DoggyPlan pretty much asking that I change or delete my review as the £49.99 has been refunded

I made a bad mistake and forgot to check TrustPilot before wasting my money on this. There is no way to check your account information or see if/when you are going to be billed again. The ONLY way you can make sure you're not going to receive a surprise charge is to cancel it on the PayPal side. Before going to PayPal for this, I wrote to them to ask how to view my account/subscription information and the email response was "how to view the videos" lol - like I can't see those right there on the front page.

Absolute scam. Charged me double after ‘trial’ and then extremely difficult to cancel. Videos dubbed into English-badly. Awful awful service. Terrible. Avoid. Update -apparently I am about to receive a refund-after several emails when they tried to get me to continue their service. I had to cancel via PayPal as you can’t unsubscribe any other way. I’ll let you know if my refund arrives!

I checked into this for work as we promote it. However didn't need the service. I was charged and tried to cancel. Was told it was and then continued to be charged. I've been charged a total of 6-7 times. On my third time trying to cancel with only a $24 refund. An actual trainer I think would be cheaper. As for the service, idk if it works since I NEVER used it because I had no need for it. UPDATE: although I believe it took me writing this review to make it happen they did reach out again and did refund me more of my money. 4 months of it. I'm hoping they are working on their customer service more. And maybe some communication from them maybe notifying you that a payment is being taken out like most companies do around a little under a week before it actually happens. Maybe sending out some communication as to things they offer with their service to even remind you that you are still receiving their service or enticing you to use the service. All in all I think it is a great concept and I hope with these reviews they work on making it a good service for pet owners so they don't give up on their animal and surrender them to a shelter or rehome them to a bad home.

UPDATE: Only after threatening to leave bad reviews and report them to BBB did the Customer Service Rep stop with the sales pitches and confirmed with me my subscription is now canceled. There is no reason it should take that amount of time and hassle to cancel. I will not recommend this product to anyone and I will tell any interested consumers to avoid. --------- I am currently trying to cancel this subscription. I was charged an $80.00 fee along with a foreign fee for this subscription I do not even use anymore. There is NO OPTION to cancel these services on your online account, you have to go through email to do it. Unfortunately the support staff for this business is in no way helpful and keeps hopping around your request to cancel. I have asked 4 times now to cancel my subscription and it has gotten nowhere. I will be reporting them to every online review service and the BBB.

I was tricked into signing up for this and have paid for over a year not realizing it. I’m a 72 year old handicapped man who was taken advantage of. I only signed up for a $19.99 charge and didn’t see the fine print. I’m trying to get a refund.

I recently discovered a helpful resource that has done wonders for helping my pup overcome separation anxiety. While I wish the videos had more synchronized dubbing, I can't deny the positive impact it had on my doggo. After watching just 5 videos and putting the tips into practice, I see that my dog is noticeably calmer when I leave! Now I can stay alone for up to 3 hours.

I’ve been using them for the last 3 months to stop my dogs barking and they recently added test description to video so I can see if the lesions are useful for my case without watching the whole video. It’s a small but useful improvement that makes my life a lot easier. But there’s one downside - you can’t manage your subscription directly from your account.

I tried to cancel and it was a hassle. They kept asking me questions and not answering mine when asking to cancel. I also never got refunded like they said they would.

I fell for the 99p scam!! Fortunately my credit card company raised a dispute and I was refunded the full amount. If you think you're paying 99p for an ebook you're not! It's a £50 per month 'subscription'!!!! Even when they email you confirmation of the transaction there is no mention of this £50 per month. I don't understand why they are still able to advertise on the social media platforms. Doggy plan replied really promptly to all my emails which was surprising for a scammer but their replies were complete twaddle so I referred it to my credit card company and they thankfully sorted it out.

The course saved my sanity and gave peace to our home. I’ve watched 3 videos and noticed that after using the material - my dog’s barking reduced significantly, bringing much-needed peace to our home. But one thing that bugged me was they charged my subscription without giving me a heads up. It would’ve been helpful to receive a notification beforehand. The support team was incredibly friendly and polite when I decided to unsubscribe, offering me multiple options to choose from. Other than that, it was a solid experience overall.
