Buyer beware. A trial turns into $49.99 per month without them telling you. I received no information when my "trial" ended, Be careful to read the FINE print! I saw no info about a $49.99 fee, and they do not remind you that a "trial" is over. Company is overseas, so the BBB can't help. Shady practices of a company that claims to want to provide great service, yet fails to be up-front and clear, and took forever to help rectify it.

Absolute scam. Terrible poorly voice dubbed videos and costs a fortune. Started at $ 20 USD before suddenly charging a $50 subscription without informing me. Do not recommend I then contacted them to cancel the subscription - which they told me they did. However, one month later I received another $50UDS charge. To their credit they did refund the overcharge - but overall, it was not worth the money whatsoever. Additionally, after posting the review on here they attempted to have it taken down for being untruthful - thankful after submitting evidence Trustpilot kept the review up.

Do not sign up I thought I paid a one time fee but then they suddenly charge me for an even higher first subscription fee. And I only found out checking my bankaccount. Stay away from this site.

The exercises work! I have a large 7-month old 61 lb puppy, (Part Great Pyrenees). I started this course a few months ago when I realized that she needed to be highly trained, or she would be unmanageable. It took me a while to get used to the video voice-over, but the content is so effective that I intend to continue for as long as possible. I don't watch the lessons every day, as my health issues cause interruptions, but they are effective, even with gaps in time. Thanks so very much. Highly recommend.

I just started and already my dog has improved 50% on the leash.

I’ve never felt closer to my dog. I see the love in her eyes when she looks at me. She learned the leash-tension exercises so quickly. I never thought she would be able to walk on a leash with no tension and here she is, walking at my side with a perfectly lose leash. I had tried other theories and training models. I was surprised at her quick progress and noticeable results. This program has felt like such a relief for me and my dog. The individual exercises build together to create lovely dog behavior and a strong owner/dog connection. Thank you so so much!!!

Do not sign up to this company. The videos are dubbed and the games are all the same just switched up ever so slightly. The videos are pretty but your basic videos you can get off your tube too. I signed up for a one off 3 month plan and they automatically charged me £49.99 at the end of that period even though it stated no where that they would. You can’t cancel through the website, I had to email them. They kept replying with different ‘offers’ and after 12 reply’s from me saying ‘just cancel and refund’ they finally did. It was an absolute nightmare!

Honestly, I purchased this program for the price. I tried other online programs that were much more expensive, but they were unsatisfactory. My thought was, if this one is not any good I have not wasted a lot of money. I have completed the first module. In applying it to my schnauzer, I have had good results. I also saw things that I was doing wrong, or at least needed to modify how I was implementing his training. The reason I gave four stars, not five, is because it is dubbed over in English and I find the computer-generated voice somewhat annoying. The film is reverse image, so any words or letters on the screen are backwards. I find myself relying on the closed caption more than what is on the screen.

NEVER sign up for this service. It's a scam and automatically signs you up for a subscription service if you buy anything there. It's not stated anywhere that you have to pay for a subscription fee when signing up. If you then request the money back and stop the subscription, they just ignore your request and tries to give you a discount, it's a fraud and illegal to do business like this. This should be closed! Furthermore, their material is such a low quality product, so even if you wanted to pay the price, it's not worth it. It's a dubbed service and film, which has no real value!

Absolute charlatans. I signed up for a supposed yearly plan and paid $20 for it. I never got a confirmation email, and as I couldn't remember the exact name of the company was unable to use the service. Then last month and this month they started charging me $50 a month out of the blue! I’ve read the reply below and my response is: if you’re so confident that a monthly charge is clear, why are so many customers angry about being duped? I didn’t see anything which changed my initial impression that it was a single expensive payment for the year: £20 itself is high for what you’re offering. You only sent me emails after I referred you to PayPal for fraud. I got no welcome email and when I did manage to find your website I could not log in. If a customer joins then fails to land on your site and activate their account it’s normal practice to send little reminder emails out checking they don’t need some help. People who did get into the site have complained that it was not as expected and very poor quality.

This company is deceptive. The only reason I gave a 1 star was so I could write a comment. I start to sign up but when I saw there was a price I existed out & didn't complete the set up so I'm not sure as to how they received my payment info. I was charged a trail Nov. 19.99 then following month 49.99. I didn't see the charge for the first time. I contacted Doggyplan to ask how did they even charge me when I didn't even complete the set up? I explained to them that I received SS disability so I can't afford it that's why I didn't complete the set up on the app. All they did was try to do is continue pushing their product which I'm definitely not interested & give me a partial refund on the 49.99. They already have the 19.99 for the trail which I didn't use because I thought when I didn't finish the set up I was good. I just wanted my 49.99 refunded to me. Stay away from this money, hungry company. Shame on you!

I also made the mistake of not checking the reviews before purchasing because the website looks good. I purchased this around 19 November 2023. The good: - Content is helpful and I am learning a lot - Built like an online learning platform where content is divided into modules - Platform UX is okay but can be improved The bad, which is very alarming: - During sign up, I think the plans provided were a bit misleading. It will ask you to choose from 3 plans (1 month, 3 months, 6 months) but has smaller print below about the actual prices and duration. They could’ve presented the options with all plan details and not as additional text at the bottom - I got a confirmation email when I first purchased but no details of my subscription - Couldn’t find details of my subscription when I logged in such as the plan I chose, subscription date, renewal date, until when the subscription is - You cannot cancel on your own and need to email their Support team - While the Support team were accommodating and responsive, it was still very frustrating communicating with them via email because they couldn’t give me a straight answer for the questions I had. I wanted them to confirm until when I can access the platform because I wanted to cancel the subscription to avoid further/accidental charges. We ended up with a lot of back and forth over the course of a few days which could have been avoided entirely if these details were readily available to users - The price I saw and recall on the sign-up page is different from what was actually charged and the prices the Support team mentioned in our email thread - The social media pages they have that I found are inactive (to me this is a bad sign, especially since this is an online learning platform) While I think the content is helpful, the way they’re managing subscriptions and their lack of transparency makes them off-putting and makes me feel that I’m being scammed. Such a shame because this could’ve been a good purchase if they were more upfront and transparent. It’s 2023, there are standards now for UX and business practices.

BEWARE this is a subscription based service which is not clear at the time of sign up! The training is basic...not what you would expect to get 'service dog level of obedience and focus'. The training is dubbed in English and the voice used is montone (AI generated? ) and not engaging...in fact very annoying. The training videos are very long.and repetitive. If you want online dog training there are far better ones out there....Absolute dogs /Southend Dog Training etc..many of which are free on YouTube

I bought the course by mistake! Money was debited from the card 2 times! Please cancel and return my money. I don't need your course. This was the last money for medicine for a sick mother! They stopped answering me. I do not know what to do He stopped answering. And they continue to take money? What should I do?o?

Excellent communication

Like so many others here, I didn’t check the reviews for this company. Signed up for initial videos and immediately unsubscribed- even received a confirmation email. Shocked to find I’d been charged £49.99 today. Currently emailing the support team trying to get a refund and have cancelled further payments through PayPal. They keep offering me a 45 minute phone call and a reduced subscription fee. Avoid!

They've stolen images from Karen Pryor to lure people into thinking they're a bona fide company. They are scam artists who plagiarise others' work and try and leach off their reputation!!! AVOID!!! EDIT: Even what they've written below is a lie! Their Facebook ads were definitely plagiarised and when I contacted them directly, their admin told me they were not affiliated to Karen Pryor, yet were using her tag lines and images. All my Comms were verified by TrustPilot.
