Paid initial fee but could not access information. Company then automatically debited further and larger fee. NOT HAPPY with outcome.

Hard to leave £49.99 monthly. Now on request to leave asks us to stay with 75% discount ongoing. Wish I read read trust pilot reviews sooner rather than waste £600.

I would not have signed up for this trial if I would have known that I was first going to have to pay 9.99 dollars. Then to find out they took another 49.99 ! I was extremely upset. I contacted this company immediately. I wanted my money back, I wanted a refund? which they did NOT ! They told me that they charge me 24.99, first part and the second. Which was a total of 49.99. Which was written right under the submit button, which I never saw or read! I thought it was a trial! A freaking trail! Which in ( I believe) was 5-7 days. But when I saw 9.99 taken out of my account, I thought that was a red flag ! No sooner did they take the 9.99 dollars, they took 49.99 dollars! They will not refund my 49.99 dollars either! Which is all happening in the trial period! They did contact me away. But will not refund me, which is during the trail period time line! Scammers! Do not use this this company!!

I had a terrible experience with this company This company is a complete scam and I do not recommend anyone. Their customer service is non-existent and they are only interested in taking your money. They took £49.99 from my bank account, I tried to contact them for a refund, but they ignored my emails. Stay away from them and don't fall for their scam.

EDIT as it turns out the information about their subscription charges is below the pay button- teeny weeny letters so don’t get caught. Hopefully their 🍆 is bigger and women can actually find it. I bought £0.99 trial and £9.99 for the access to a course on aggression issues. Nowhere it stated they were going to take £49.99 a month. I asked PayPal to step in and refund the money (which they did) and stop any future payments. Doggy plan cancelled the whole account including the course I paid extra for. The lack of a cancel subscription button is really worrying . I did not have to go through the ordeal of trying to cancel the subscription and receive a refund which I bet I would never receive. Should have read the reviews beforehand.

£49.99 just taken out of my account. I have been left with no monies to buy food and electricity. No number to call. I've emailed them and its saying 2 days before answer. I did NOT sign up for this. When will I get my monies back, if ever!!! Watch out for this scam company folks

Scam. They keep charging my card. Zero security. Login with only an email. No way to cancel on the site. Never answer the phone.

I recently had a disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them to others. The website was offline for a couple of days, which made it impossible for me to access my account and cancel my subscription. When I reached out for support on Instagram, I received no response. Only after the website came back online was I able to access the FAQs and cancel my subscription. Furthermore, the company's customer service was poor. In their response to my inquiry, they attempted to shift the blame onto me and failed to take accountability for their website being offline. They also focused on a minor detail instead of addressing the larger issue at hand. Overall, I was not satisfied with this company's communication and customer service. I would advise others to COMPLETELY AVOID this product if considering using their services.

It's a scam with no auto-unsuscribe process.

IT’S A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a 99p info only via facebook! By accident entered the wrong email. Messaged them via facebook - they have assured me that the email was changed - it wasn’t! I took a screenshot! They tried to take unauthorised £49.99 but my credit and stopped it. Then them sneaky people changed the reference number and got the money that way. They aren’t responding to any comments on facebook or instagram and to my direct messages on messenger! Send them email via contact us option. But they still took the money! My credit card fraud department is dealing with it now! 😡

They won't answer my emails regarding reimbursement of my money which was taken from my account. You can't unsubscribe from them yourself it has to be done via email to their support team but even with that you won't get a verification of unsubscribing. They aren't answering my questions regarding these statements but only try to tell me more about their service. Bank advised to cancel my card.

Like others on here, I have suddenly been charged £50. Wish I had read the reviews first. Signed up for the 99p week, had no notification of the start of the account, when the 99p period would end, or when I would be charged. I’ve followed their procedure to close the account and unsubscribe, and also asked for a full refund. I’ve heard nothing from the company at all, I don’t even know if my email has been received. Update: I’ve now requested 6 times for the subscription to be cancelled and money refunded. Despite many long emails trying to get me to spend more money and remain a customer I still have not had the cancellation confirmed. I’ve also noticed that within the email trail, new replies are added from a few days previous to make it look like they replied then. These are replies I’ve never received. A deeply frustrating company to deal with who seem to simple ignore requests to cancel the subscription. My card is now cancelled as I don’t trust that this company will cancel, even if they ever agree to.

Dont unlock modules on time often push date forward to squezee out another month of sub fee

Please do not sign up for this they say 99 cent sign up for 7 days and I tried to cancel as soon as I signed up and they kept sending me emails for promotions for me to stay and wouldn’t cancel the subscription. I had to contact my bank and cancel my card. Warning please beware

They are scamming people by getting card information, taking money and not delivering access to what we expect to receive!!! They did not follow up with any instructions or even payment confirmation.
