The guys turned up a little later than expected but they rang to tell me so it wasn’t a problem. They did their job efficiently and filled the the record card I have. I cannot fault them at all.

Lately an engineer from Stannah visited me, & did service to my chair lift, done quickly & efficiently. This was a great relief to me, as the installing of it was extremely stressful. The reason being, it would not work, & the problem was solved, eventually after eleven engineers were called out, & finally got the chair lift going.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Engineer turned up on time. He was thorough in his task. Also, polite and courteous .As with all our dealings with Stannah the service was impeccable.

We had a problem with the lift, and an engineer came out and replaced several springs. A few weeks later he came back and gave the lift a full service to make sure everything was working as it should. We had not expected a follow up visit, and were very impressed that it was done. Very good service!

I value my Stannah stair lift and the service from their technicians. They come quickly when needed to solve problems . However , when the warranty is up after 2 years, the price goes up for future cover, and that is very expensive . All the staff I have spoken to , or met, have been courteous, helpful and friendly , but the top cover for a year is beyond my budget . So I pay the lower price (still high) and hope for the best . . .
