United Kingdom | 20 September 2024Was pre approved for this card , my card was despatched then I received an email to say my account had been closed. Now Omno are just ignoring my emails, firstly I have appealed there decision as it stated I could do, said I’d get reply in 7 days nothing I have since escalated it and still nothing! Really bad service on your part Omno you shouldn’t pre approve someone to then issue a card to then say actually no thanks we don’t want your business.

I have reached out to customer service, only for me to be passed on to a technical team that will contact me by mail. Re: Well the issues I had have been resolved after 48hrs, now I can use my card online. Still can't add it to PayPal though.

I haven’t received the card as of yet or particularly used the app as obviously haven’t spent any money to see how the app works. Overall however the app looks easy and user friendly. Can’t comment on customer service as I have had no reason to contact but all the communications received seem to be written in a friendly and simple way. Overall a positive experience so far.
