Package is broken on both sides where the staples were. Hope nothing is missing or broken. Have not had chance to check it yet.

Package arrived v quickly but due to the lack of packaging the boxes are in a very poor state to give us presents. They were put in plastic parcel bags with no bubble wrap around them. They are both presents - one a garden bird box camera (so I'm concerned the camera could be damaged) and the other a Butterfly Live Garden, which again is in such a state I'm not sure how the inside has been affected. It will be embarrassing to give these as presents and has mentioned I hope there's no damage inside.

My first order of two items from Garden Essentials arrived promptly but there was a problem with one of them. A single 'phone call sorted the issue with the item in question collected and replaced painlessly and quickly.

Ordered an item to receive an email 2 days later requesting delivery charge of £75. Cancelled order due to inability to communicate charges at check out. Shopped elsewhere got same product at same price including delivery. Customer services rep Robin was rude and unhelpful will not shop with again. Still awaiting refund nearly a week later!
