Bought a Lay-z-spa as xmas present for my wife and when ordering was told to expect delivery on Tuesday 11th Nov when she was out at work, you then delivered on Friday 7th Nov when she was in and I was out. She now knows exactly what she is getting for xmas - surprise ruined.

Read the reviews first before ordering from you, sounded really good company to order from. how wrong was i, paid extra to have the order delivered on Friday 31.10.14. but at 4pm no delivery and no one knew where my parcel was! Delivered on Monday and refund of postage given.

These hessian leaf composting bags would be great if you had a couple of ornamental miniature pear trees shedding their leaves but these bags are woefully inadequate for any normal sized tree. One medium sized tree would need about 20 of these bags to cater for the quantity of leaves. They are so small you are only able to get one fist full of leaves in at a time, You need bags 3 times wider and 3 times longer so about 9 times bigger. Really do not waste your money on these. (They are, however, well made and all despatch, fulfilment etc. worked fine).

Paid for next day delivery, it arrived almost a week later. Customer services were friendly and helpful, but I didn't expect to be calling them so often.

Brought the Havana swing seat for a customer. Looked at so many and decided on this one. Lovely item, took about 1 hour to put up on my own. Good sturdy item. Delivery was fast. Cant ask for more.

I wanted a really long car brush to make washing a motorhome easier. I could not find one in Halfords so I went onto the Hozelock website and found what I wanted but I did not know where to buy. Hozelock provided me with a link to a search on Google which led me to Garden Essentials ( who I had never heard of before ). I found what I wanted ( although Garden Essentials' website did not give the length of the brush which I thought was rather poor ) and it was delivered within a few days.
