Elise has been helpful from start to finish when upgrading my car. The process has been so smooth. From allowing me to pop in last minute to test drive the car to ensuring I had the most reasonable deal on my new car. Elise’s customer service is excellent and even made sure my 3 year old was looked after in the showroom offering him a drink which he loved! I only had to wait a week to receive the car. Would highly recommend Elise when buying your car at Botley MG.

Deliberately chose a MG dealership (Portsmouth) to buy from instead of a local second hand car salesman thinking I would receive better service. Sadly I was very wrong. Salesman knew nothing about the car. Did the invoice wrong 3 times delaying the finance company. Apparently didn't know that the accounts department didn't work on a Saturday so couldn't pick it up on the day arranged. Promised a software update and a type 2 cable - neither were true. Asked to sign paperwork without even seeing the car when I went to pick it up. I have no information about the warranty, I have no service history and he told me absolutely nothing about the car. Tried to tell me I had agreed to the paint protection - I never had. I tried many times to speak to a different person but I was always put back to the original. I love my new car. But will never used Richmond again.

The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish , Jag showed us around the car and answered all our questions with ease and patience .we cannot thank him enough for his help in purchasing our new car .
