From allowing me to pop in last minute to test drive the car to ensuring I had the most reasonable deal on my new car. Elise’s customer service is excellent and even made sure my 3 year old was looked after in the showroom offering him a drink which he loved! I only had to wait a week to receive the car. United Kingdom | 04 February 2025Deliberately chose a MG dealership (Portsmouth) to buy from instead of a local second hand car salesman thinking I would receive better service. Sadly I was very wrong. Salesman knew nothing about the car. Did the invoice wrong 3 times delaying the finance company. Apparently didn't know that the accounts department didn't work on a Saturday so couldn't pick it up on the day arranged. Promised a software update and a type 2 cable - neither were true. Asked to sign paperwork without even seeing the car when I went to pick it up. I have no information about the warranty, I have no service history and he told me absolutely nothing about the car. Tried to tell me I had agreed to the paint protection - I never had. I tried many times to speak to a different person but I was always put back to the original. I love my new car. But will never used Richmond again.
