Use with caution. Purchased an Mg from them a little over 3 years ago, car comes with 7 yr warentee etc. Despite just 17k miles on clock, the car now isn't driveable, no way for them to look at itnfor over 2 weeks and not got any curtesy cars for 7 weeks, leaves me high and dry which is not good. Won't be using again despite numerous calls and emails offering me to upgrade as this is a second rate service!

This company is ok when it's going their way, but will not bother with you when you ask about a problem on your key fob, and give you conflicting answers and then leave a video of the problem in a staffs email inbox whilst the staff have gone on an extended holiday leaving me locked out of my car.

From start to finish from test driving a couple cars and then saying what I wanted , they not only got the right car for me the staff were second to none and would 100% use them in the future if I wanted to buy another car .. thank you all Richmond Botley

We went to look ar an MG3, but whilst there saw an MG5. We had a test drive and liked the car, but wanted a newer one, Elise found an ex demo one in black, and although there were some complications with the purchase Elise did a great job keeping us updated. We finally got our car, and love it. Many thanks Elise for all your help and patience.
