On the day of collection I sat around for 2 hours and was not able to take the car home due to a tax issue. The manager was very apologetic and has prevented this being a 1 star review. He sorted my tax and picked up after the initial sales person let me down. Overall I have had good service from richmond on every other occasion so I know they are good and I will go back.

Being a distance from site I was pleasantly surprised with the communication both email and by phone, willingness to help and the quality of the car. Special thanks to Ian and Adam. Having dealt miserably with a very large chain dealership previously, I was pleased that Richmond Group had a much friendlier ethos, despite still having multiple sites and franchises. I felt at ease throughout and highly recommend Richmond.

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Buyer beware! Skoda Richmond admitted to me over the phone today that they have a software problem with their Skoda car radio systems failing to connect. After being out of pocket for a £120 software update (other companies would throw this in with their service package), which did not fix the issue, I have to wait another month for them to consider looking at the problem again. Hopefully, this is useful for someone considering buying a Skoda at the moment.
