A special thank you to Adam, he was very helpful and professional in answering all my questions and emails promptly. Also, meeting Maz on the handover day was just "icing on the cake" as he was just great at showing me around my new car and finalising my experience at Bognor Regis Hyundai! However, I did not enjoy receiving most of the finance documents via email to read and sign. I would rather have signed in person to clarify all my questions before signing them. Otherwise, I am a very happy customer! Thank you to Adam and Maz.

United Kingdom | 03 January 2025We went to look at used cars and were asked to sit and someone would be with us. After half an hour we were told staff has been ‘called into training’. We asked about a specific car that was on the website but couldn’t see on the forecourt and were told a valet would bring it round. Nearly half a hour later , no sign. Then told valet had said he ‘would try to bring it round’. We gave up and left without seeing a car. Communication poor, left sitting without being updated or offered coffee. It’s like they didn’t want to sell their cars!

Having not really had the 'showroom' experience before, I visited a few showrooms which became quite the overwhelming experience, but Hyundai offered a far more personable service which was a welcome relief. Without any pressure,they discussed the different 'types' of car, (Electric, plug in, hybrid, mild hybrid etc) without feeling pressured into a sale. For that service, I got a great car (Mild Hybrid Kona) at a price within reasonble budget. My whole experience was dealt with by Nic Martin who was extremely helpful, pleasant to deal with and the whole experience was most favourable. Very highly recommended showroom and staff. Nice coffee too...!

Waited 2 hours to be then told we don't have the part you need and to come back another time, when I asked why did you not tell me this when I arrived all i got was a stupid dumb look from the guy. Was then told we will phone you when the part is here, 2 months later and not heard a thing from them. Shocking customer service.

Del took my call and answered all questions I had regarding the car, explaining it was still being prepared for display and that was why there was no photos. Due to working and living so far away from the dealership, I was unable to have a viewing of the car before purchase. Del took photos as soon as the car arrived on site and sent them over prior to driving down to view. Nothing was too much, the whole transaction was smooth and simple. Would highly recommend Del and Suzuki Totton if you require purchasing a vehicle.

United Kingdom | 30 December 2024What a disgusting company Sold a i10 Hyundai broke down twice within four months, when spoke to dealer principal he accused me of making threats to him and told we would have to pay the 2k short fall. Spoke to but once the car was bought ignored, no details of warranty or breakdown service even after 4 emails just ignored Finance is still being taken from old i10 even though car was returned and settled Please avoid

United Kingdom | 29 December 2024I was extremely disappointed with the low quality of customer service and lack of willingness from Newmans Suzuki garage and showroom to provide repair service for my Suzuki swift. I am rarely driven to provide an online review, but I was so taken back by Newmans hesitation to commit to a repair service despite being Suzuki specialists, and at the same time offering no trade-in value for my car in exchange for another Suzuki from the showroom. Multiple people in our family have Suzukis because of its reputation and reliability. But even if I assume my Swift didnt have a Suzuki parts failure/reliability issue, my experience with Newmans doesn’t leave me with any confidence in Newmans Suzuki, from either a sales or repair/servicing standpoint. I have been put off Suzuki as a brand, not because of the car itself, but because of the service received from Newmans. It did not leave me with any confidence in the brand name. I have provided details below, as I don’t want this to seem like a baseless review. I hope the feedback helps the company improve their service to other customers and potential clients. ———————- - My 2018 Suzuki swift had suspected oil pump and engine issues in May 2024. I visited the Newmans showroom in May to get it inspected and repaired. But the showroom indicated they could not take on liability for assembling and installing a new Suzuki engine. - By august, an independent garage was able to source new Suzuki engine parts directly from the Suzuki factory and provided a quote for engine assembly. I was surprised as the Newmans garage had not even considered or offered this option to us. - We wanted to have a certified Suzuki specialist do the work and source parts directly from their own factory, hence we requested another appointment via Suzukis website in august. We did not get a response until we called the showroom multiple times and got booked in October. - after the diagnostics inspection, the Newmans garage was not able to provide a written estimate for engine assembly and installation. The Service Manager indicated that this kind of repair wasn’t a job that they are comfortable to take on due to complexity. Imagine my disappointment to hear that a Suzuki specialist is not comfortable to assemble a Suzuki engine. - the Newmans Sales desk indicated that there was no trade-in value and could only sell us another car at full value. Yet the same month, a large independent garage offered £2k GBP for my car, which I traded in for a non-Suzuki car. The independent garage was surprised to hear that Newmans was hesitant to take on the repair job due to size / complexity.
