My experience at Hyundai Guildford was exceptional. Was greeted at the door, offered a warm drink and Baz, the motility specialised was ready and waiting. Went through everything in clear detail and put me at ease with all the steps. Originally collected my car at another branch but moving forward, I will make sure to come back to Baz in Guildford for all my future needs.

Very poor on communication - trying to find the right telephone no on their website is like trying to get blood out of a stone, and when you do get a number for the service dept, it rings and rings on choice no 1 - if your car is in our workshop today, and choice no 3 - anything else - and only gets answered on 2 - book a service, because they want your money! Singularly unimpressed with this issue. Won't be using Southampton (Botley) again.

This review is not just about Portsmouth, it's also about Botley as well. Initial contact was with Botley with a new sales executive Jack. He gave my wife and I great confidence in the company. Very helpful and offered to get the car we were interested in moved from Portsmouth to Botley for us to look at. In the meantime I had been keeping an eye on what was available in all Richmond branches and one stood out in Portsmouth so we took a trip over there and saw Ian Coe, took a test drive and purchased the car. An enjoyable experience at both branches with no high pressure salesmen, well done.
