Jag was polite and professional and listened to what we wanted. Even though I didn't end up buying a car from him, I appreciate that he wasn't pushy and was interested in whether I had found the right car even several days later. Good service all round!

Where do I begin .. This is my 4th New MG ZS car purchase from the Richmond group and I can say hand on heart it has been the most enjoyable and unforgettable purchase experience from beginning to end , From the 1st phone conversation with Elise , She was bubbly , made me feel like a wanted customer and most importantly listened to me , I collected my wife's new car and everything went like clockwork - You Legend ! Having been in the motor industry for nearly 40 years - it just goes to show that there are " some good people " and this young lady is one of them , Do not let go of this one - she has got the lot and some , Thanks again Elise and I hope you enjoyed the well deserved bottle of fizz .. We recently purchased a nearly new car from Richmond Hyundai, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We dealt with Baz who was friendly, professional and worked with us to get the right deal for car we liked. The process was straightforward and stress-free, providing all the information we needed without any pressure. Since we bought the car we have had a few questions (this is the first hybrid we have had!), and Baz has been responsive and patient – we’ve been learning a whole new car and a new way to drive! We love the car, would definitely recommend and would go back without hesitation.

Ordered in 2023, picked up our i10 at the start of May 2024. Handover OK. Some time later we find out the dealer registered the car in April, so my wife has lost 1 month of car tax. Mentioned it on a follow up call, no apology or offer to put it right. Today 7 months later my wife gets an email saying in bright Red, so as to cause alarm, that her car urgently needs servicing. Looking at the smaller details in the email they state it is not due until the end of Jan, almost 2 months away. More to the point is that the car was registered less than 7 1/2 months ago, which even by the end of Jan will still only be 9 months after registration, not 12 months per the manufacturers schedule. I don't like this type of sales practice so a complaint will be going to head office, especially as the i10 is, I suspect, predominately owned by older poeple, and no doubt by more females than males, both of whom may be more susceptible to being scared into having their vehicle serviced before it is actually due. Says a lot about their motives.

Perry was so helpful all the way. No pressure mounted whatsoever. He was also very helpful when there was an issue with my credit report, a mistake that was eventually corrected. I would recommend Richmond anyday, anytime.

From arrival to buying the car Ginelle was fantastic. Explained everything that we needed to know. Even went the extra mile to drive us home to collect our driving licence (we forgot it!!) so that we could test drive the car. All in all a fabulous experience.
