Just had my electric Kona serviced with Richmond Hyundai Bognor Regis. It was returned to me unwashed and with the service light still on. Time and money well spent? I think not. 23 minutes on hold, cut off twice only to be told: "Oh terribly sorry, feel free to come back and we will have another go at trying to do it right." Once you wade through all the sales guff of how good they say they are, main dealer, highly skill techs, trust us with your car...etc Come on guys you had one job.....

Was also helped by Andreea who stayed behind late to allow me to sign the paperwork in time as I couldn't make it earlier due to work. Good experience buying a car. I already pretty much knew what I wanted, so it was not a particularly complex sale. The paperwork took a long time (but that is not the garage’s fault). The sales staff (Elise and Andreea) looked after me well and were very patient as I spent time working out the numbers and going through the various documents and quotes in detail and made the process as painless as possible. Decent coffee machine helped too!
