Too much focus on the sale than the service. Attracted by a very good deal on an MG4, immediately saw the bait and switch tactics at work - "this is only available on certain colours, which are now sold out". Quoted me for a more expensive model I didn't want. Then came the pressure selling - "this offer will end in two days" and 6 weeks later it is still advertised on their website. 3 attempts to sell me GardX. No time taken to discuss our needs, to find out if we have purchased a new car before, or taken out PCP - no explanation of the process, no explanation of the documents I was being asked to sign - no due diligence to check I had provided correct documentation which delayed the purchase.

Great service from Elliott who was very helpful, knowledgeable and unexpectedly enabled us to take a test drive without a booking on a Sunday afternoon
